It’s been two years since Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner separated, and Joe recently shared that it’s hard to find time for dating while on tour with his brothers, Nick and Kevin Jonas, as the Jonas Brothers travel across the country.

Joe recently told *Esquire* that it’s hard to date when you’re constantly working – “Five shows in a row doesn’t make it easy to meet someone for coffee,” he said. Although he’s not actively using dating apps, he has still connected with potential partners online. “I guess Instagram and TikTok are apps, and I’ve met people that way,” he explained.

Though he may be having a hard time with dating, the singer of “Cake by the Ocean,” who has two daughters – Willa, 5, and Delphine, 3 – with Sophie, has established a good co-parenting arrangement with her. They finalized their divorce in September 2024, a year after four years of marriage.

Joe recently shared in a TikTok video with Jay Shetty that he and his ex-partner have a great coparenting relationship, and he’s very thankful for it. He also expressed how happy he is that his daughters have such a wonderful mother, Sophie.

The 36-year-old, previously associated with Stormi Bree, emphasized how crucial it is for his daughters to have positive female influences in their lives.

He shared that he hopes his daughters will grow up admiring strong female role models. More than anything, he wants them to be open-minded, kind, and self-assured – to feel capable of achieving anything they set their minds to, no matter the situation.

Sophie had previously shared that she was upset about how the divorce affected their children. While there was initially a difficult disagreement over custody, they were able to resolve it quickly.

Speaking to British Vogue in May 2024, the Game of Thrones actress – who is currently dating Peregrine Pearson – emphasized that her children are the ones suffering through everything. However, she expressed optimism, saying she believes they’re handling the situation as well as possible and are working towards a solution. She also shared that Joe is a wonderful father to their kids, which is her priority.
