Lauren Speed-Hamilton and Cameron Hamilton added a new member to their pod.
Lauren and Cameron Hamilton, who found love on the first season of Netflix’s Love Is Blind in 2018, recently had a baby boy! They named him Ezra William Hamilton, and he was born on October 1st.
Lauren, 37, announced on Instagram on October 20th that her baby had arrived a bit sooner than expected, but at exactly the right moment according to her faith. She expressed her gratitude with the phrase, ‘To God be the GLORY!’
After a surprise health issue called preeclampsia led to a short hospital stay, I’m focusing on recovery. I’m taking things easy, getting plenty of rest, and enjoying the support from loved ones.
Lauren shared the news of her son’s birth with adorable photos: the couple holding their baby, Lauren snuggling him in the hospital, and even a picture from her journal. She’d previously written in it, back in 2025, that “Ezra William Hamilton will be born healthy and strong.”
Their new arrival comes after years of fertility struggles and multiple rounds of IVF.
After announcing their pregnancy in May, Lauren shared with People magazine that it had been a four-year journey to conceive. She said, ‘It’s been a long time coming.’
Finding out they were going to have a baby, Ezra, felt like a dream come true after everything they’d been through.
Lauren was overjoyed when she saw the positive pregnancy test. “We were both stunned,” she said. “I immediately burst into tears and fell to my knees.”
Cameron, 34, added, “That was just a huge moment, to actually see the word pregnant on the test.”
The couple first opened up about their fertility struggles back in October 2024.
On their podcast, The Love Seat, Lauren shared that they were discussing a topic they hadn’t covered before: their experiences with fertility and trying to conceive.
She explained that while she generally likes to be open and honest, this particular topic was difficult for her to talk about. Despite this, she wanted to share as much as she could because she knows many people experience the same challenges.
It’s a little difficult to talk about this, but I want to share it anyway,” she said. “I think it’s really important to discuss it, so you might relate to what I’m about to say.
Lauren explained that going through the competition actually brought her and Cameron closer than just being on a TV show would have.
Going through difficult times together, whether in a marriage or any close relationship, can actually bring you closer. She believes their shared experiences have made them stronger as a couple.
Cameron readily began researching IVF and fertility treatments, but his main goal was to offer support.
He pointed out that men often naturally want to jump in and solve problems. While that’s a good impulse, he stressed that it’s even more crucial to connect with your partner and acknowledge their feelings.
Ultimately, their mutual love and support helped them to grow as husband and wife.
She explained that the experience actually brought them closer as a couple. They’ve become more supportive of each other and feel more connected than ever before.
Honestly, watching Cameron talk about Lauren just gets me right here! He was SO emotional, and you could just feel how grateful he was that she took this chance with him. He actually said she showed him a kind of love he’d never even imagined existed before! It was everything, seriously. I’m not crying, you’re crying!

Dave and Lauren’s relationship didn’t work out after they arrived in Honduras. While they discovered they had friends in common, that wasn’t the main issue. Dave struggled to move past finding out Lauren had previously been with someone they both knew before filming the show.
Plus, Dave hadn’t wanted to introduce Lauren to his friends or family. He hadn’t even told his dad about their engagement, and his sister, who would later cause a lot of problems, didn’t approve of the relationship at all.
Many viewers thought Monica and Joey were a perfect match and expected them to get married. But when the time came, Monica decided she wasn’t ready for marriage just yet.
She said, crying, that she was completely sure of how she felt, but believed both she and the other person weren’t fully ready. Joey wholeheartedly agreed.
He hugged her and reassured her that everything was alright. He said they clearly cared for each other, but he felt they both needed to focus on personal growth. He admitted he wasn’t ready for a relationship right now, and wasn’t sure he would be anytime soon.
Despite having significant differences in beliefs and values, like religion and politics, Ben and Sara appeared to be in agreement as their wedding day approached. However, they eventually decided to call off their relationship.
Sara, who had previously told me she didn’t see a future with Ben, explained to him, “Ben, I care about you deeply, but I’ve always envisioned a partner who shares my perspective. Because of that, I can’t continue this relationship. I’m truly sorry if that’s not what you wanted to hear.”
Okay, so she said our connection is totally real, and honestly, my heart soared when she admitted that! But then… she started talking about her ‘values,’ whatever those are, and said her mind is telling her she can’t be with me. It’s like she wants to, deep down, but something’s holding her back, and it’s killing me because I thought we were perfect! It’s so confusing – she feels it too, I know she does, but her head is overruling her heart. Ugh!
Devin and Virginia appeared to be a well-matched couple, looking forward to their future together after completing the relationship pods. However, their harmony was disrupted when they started discussing a prenuptial agreement.
Ultimately, larger problems arose that led Virginia to end her relationship with Devin and decide against marrying him.
After leaving the altar, she explained, through tears, that she often felt the need to shield Devin throughout their relationship. She wasn’t sure if it stemmed from her upbringing, but protecting him was always a priority. This meant avoiding certain subjects, like politics, or anything he didn’t want to discuss. As a result, they never fully explored deeper aspects of their connection; they simply didn’t reach that level of intimacy.
I was so thrilled to hear that Daniel and Taylor actually said ‘yes!’ After everything, it’s wonderful to know their love story will continue – they’re planning a lifetime together, and it feels like a real fairytale that started long before Christmas even ended.
Despite a rocky start – Taylor thought Daniel had been checking her Instagram and knew what she looked like – they were able to move past it.
After sharing heartfelt vows, the couple had a lovely wedding and celebrated with a reception.
“We did it!” Daniel exclaimed, sitting with Taylor after their wedding. Taylor added, beaming, “We can’t wait to start our lives together.”
The art dealer, now well-known in his field, proposed to the author of Keeping Well after a complicated relationship involving Hannah Jiles. However, they soon realized they were better suited as friends and ended their brief engagement.
Brittany and Leo realized they didn’t have a romantic connection, as Brittany explained to People magazine. They discussed the possibility of making things work at the start of their time together, but as things progressed, they both felt a lack of chemistry. Because they communicated well, the realization wasn’t difficult or dramatic – it was a respectful and straightforward understanding between them.
Soon after appearing on a Netflix dating show, Brittany began dating musician Mod Sun in November 2024. However, she revealed in July 2025 that they had broken up a few months prior, in April.
Monica and Stephen split up after she discovered explicit text messages between her fiancé and another woman while they were still on vacation in Mexico. Stephen initially apologized on camera, but later posted a message on social media following the episode’s broadcast.
In a recent Instagram post on October 8th, he expressed regret if his presence bothered anyone, writing, “If I ruined your day just by existing, I’m truly sorry you had to wake up.” He added that he wished things could be different, but that he still cares for everyone.
After leaving the pods, Hannah and Nick experienced plenty of challenges and arguments. Hannah famously said, “I feel like you’re treated as an equal when you start acting like one.”
Everything fell apart when Hannah realized she didn’t want to marry Nick. He described the split as incredibly painful, saying it was one of the worst moments of his life.
Since then, Hannah has admitted the show forced her to do some self-introspection.
She recently shared that she’s realized she has areas for improvement. Speaking on the The Viall Files podcast, she explained that while she’s always been direct, she understands that how she communicates is just as important as what she says. She’s working on softening her delivery to be more effective.
Taylor and Garrett immediately connected, and it felt like they were meant to be together—even down to having matching tattoos! They did have one difficult moment when Taylor discovered Garrett had responded to a message from a former partner, but he quickly clarified he was engaged and ended the conversation. After that, their relationship blossomed, becoming a memorable love story from the show Love Is Blind.
The pair were still married at the Love Is Blind reunion in October 20224.
You won’t believe this, but despite being a strong couple and early favorites to succeed, Ramses actually called off his wedding to Marissa because he had doubts.
After a heartfelt conversation, Marissa happily told her fiancé, “I see a wonderful future with you, and I want to marry you.” He replied, simply, “I know falling in love always carries a risk, and I accept that.”
He pointed out that their disagreements – including differing views on the military – might be too significant to overcome. He explained that, having observed marriages himself and spoken with others, he believes love isn’t always enough for a relationship to succeed. Other factors need to be compatible as well.
Marissa tried to avoid confronting their differing views, but once she realized the relationship was truly over, she started crying. She told him, “I wish you hadn’t come here,” expressing her confusion and hurt. “I was so certain about us, and you weren’t? It’s awful. I really wanted you to choose me.” She also described the breakup as “the worst day of my life.”
Tyler and Ashley were popular with viewers as their relationship developed smoothly. But things became complicated when Tyler revealed he had three children, a revelation Ashley referred to unkindly. Online, people are debating how involved Tyler is as a father, but he hasn’t spoken publicly about it.
By the October 2024 reunion show, Ashley and Tyler had resolved their differences, reconnected, and eventually married.
Oh my gosh, I was watching their wedding, and Tyler just said the sweetest thing! He said that meeting Ashley two months ago completely changed his life, and now they get to spend forever together! I’m seriously tearing up, it was just so perfect. Two months! Can you believe it? It feels like destiny!
However, Ashley later shared that the pair had called it quits following over one year of marriage.
In a statement released in January 2025, she announced that she and Tyler have separated and are divorcing. She explained that after a lot of thought, they realized they were growing apart and couldn’t continue their marriage, despite hoping they could resolve their differences.
Alex and Tim appeared to resolve their serious disagreement while they were in Mexico, and their relationship seemed stronger than ever when they returned to Washington, D.C. Things were further solidified when Tim had a heartfelt conversation with Alex’s father, suggesting a promising future for them.
After Alex met Tim’s family, they had another fight, and Tim broke off their engagement, telling Alex he never wanted to see her again. Since the breakup, both Alex and Tim have publicly shared their sides of the story, with Alex clarifying that the split wasn’t a joint decision.
Chelsea and Jimmy had a rocky season with a few arguments, but it seemed they resolved their differences during a fun date at an amusement park just before their wedding.
Jimmy ended his engagement with Chelsea, leaving her shocked and in tears, as he was ready to move on from their relationship.
Okay, so I was hearing from a client recently about a dating situation, and it really highlighted something I see a lot. He told his date, Chelsea, that he was really into her – head over heels, actually. He desperately wanted things to work out between them, but then dropped this bomb: he absolutely wasn’t interested in marriage. He was firm about that. It’s a tricky spot, because it shows vulnerability and honesty, but also sets a pretty clear boundary right away. It’s all about being upfront, even when it’s hard, but it could definitely be a dealbreaker for someone looking for a long-term commitment with eventual marriage in mind.
He said they were simplifying a complex situation, but it stemmed from several deeply upsetting issues – around five or six of them. One example was Chelsea sharing a private secret about Jimmy’s past relationship with a friend.
Honestly, it was heartbreaking to watch. After a really tough conversation – another one, actually – about their past relationships, Chelsea finally decided she’d had enough. She left, understandably upset, and told him she’d genuinely hoped things would work out between them. It was a sad moment, seeing her leave in tears.
The pair were both single during the March 2024 reunion.
Clay was reluctant to get married because of his complicated feelings about his father’s infidelity, but AD comforted him, promising they could overcome it together, and things seemed good between them.
When it came time to get married, Clay surprised AD by calling off the wedding at the altar. He explained that he wasn’t ready and didn’t feel it would be responsible to go through with it.
Cue the shock.
He told AD he would do the necessary work to figure things out, and they would face it together. He admitted he wasn’t ready for marriage and wanted AD to have the best possible relationship. He explained he wouldn’t commit until he was fully prepared to give 100 percent, and he couldn’t give her an answer right now.
The discovery caused AD to break down in tears, angrily stating the relationship had been a complete waste of her time.
Clay explained that both financial and emotional connections were major factors in his decision to leave. He honestly admitted, “I had to ask myself if I was still a husband, and the answer was no. I also realized I wasn’t truly in love anymore.”
It was so interesting at the reunion! Clay finally admitted he regretted things and really wants to try dating AD again. But she’s being really careful and isn’t saying if she’d ever be open to giving their relationship another shot. She’s definitely playing it cool, and I’m dying to know what she’s thinking!
AD admitted she did go on a few dates with her costar, Matthew Duliba, after filming finished, but they are no longer dating.
Oh my gosh, Amy and Johnny were EVERYTHING in season six! They were the only couple who actually made it down the aisle, and it was the most beautiful wedding ever! But honestly, the sweetest part wasn’t just the ceremony, it was how perfectly they blended their families. I actually teared up when Amy’s dad told Johnny’s sister he felt like he’d gained another daughter – or daughters, plural! It was just… perfect. They’re my favorite couple, hands down.
As for Johnny, he too declared at his reception that his father-in-law was his “new dad.”
They were still married during the reunion episode.
I’ve seen it happen so many times – a relationship that seems incredible while you’re swept up in the moment, like a vacation romance, just doesn’t survive when everyday life kicks in. That’s exactly what happened with Brittany and Kenneth. They started out with a lot of spark, but once the initial excitement faded and they were back to their routines, things just… fizzled. It’s a tough lesson, but sometimes that initial chemistry isn’t enough to build a lasting connection.
Brittany explained to Life & Style that things changed once she and her partner returned to Charlotte. She felt they had a very strong connection while in the pods, but that passion faded a little when they went back to their everyday lives.
Brittany and her former fiancé have stayed friends. At a recent meeting, she explained that even though their romantic relationship ended, they still share a strong connection that will last forever.
Laura and Jeramey broke up after Laura discovered Jeramey had spent time with a fellow castmate, Sarah Ann Bick, while they were out one night. Following a heated argument, Laura ended the relationship.
But instead of that, he went off to ride jet skis with Sarah Ann.
At the March 2024 reunion, Jeramey shared that he and Sarah Ann had been casually dating for about a year, starting after the show finished filming, but they are no longer together.
Laura is dating someone else, who she did not identify at the reunion.
Despite overcoming challenges like Izzy’s initial connection with Johnie Maraist and Stacy’s preferences for a certain lifestyle (she didn’t want to use paper plates!), Stacy ultimately decided not to marry Izzy because he wasn’t truthful about his financial history.
Even though their wedding didn’t happen, Stacy still hoped to continue her relationship with Izzy, who was very upset.
“We’re at different spots,” he told her. “It really breaks my heart.”
Stacy appreciated Izzy helping her become more open with her feelings, but she wasn’t fully confident about their future together. She explained that she needed to be absolutely sure before committing to a lifelong relationship, and ‘fairly certain’ just wasn’t enough.
Izzy is now dating surgical assistant Shelby Webb.
The only bright spot of season five faded when Lydia revealed on an interview with former castmate AD Smith’s podcast, What’s the Reality, in June 2025 that she was divorcing Milton after less than three years of marriage.
She explained it wasn’t a single event, but rather a build-up of issues. When she informed him she’d let him know when the divorce papers were finalized, he said he wouldn’t sign them without a non-disclosure agreement.
She explained that she decided to go public with the news because she needed to speak out. She’d been holding things in for too long, and the pain of staying silent had become unbearable.
Lydia stated that while they were married, other women accused her husband, Milton, 26, of flirting excessively and buying drinks for them at bars. Milton reportedly denied the accusations and instead questioned why Lydia would even consider the rumors to be true.
Throughout the season, Paul and Micah seemed like a surprising match, but things fell apart at their wedding. Micah, noticing Paul’s reluctance, asked him to go first, and he ultimately decided not to marry her.
“I feel awful,” Micah admitted. “If Paul had proposed, I definitely would have accepted.”
At the reunion, Paul apologized for a hurtful remark he’d made previously, where he said he couldn’t picture Micah as a mother.
Paul admitted he hadn’t been fair to her. He clarified that his real concern was that he didn’t envision them having children together.
Although they got back together for a short time after filming finished, Paul and Micah eventually split up permanently. Paul said the final breakup happened when he went to visit Micah in Arizona.
On the show After the Altar, Paul shared that he was seeing someone new—a woman who loved to travel and appreciated his cooking. He later publicly confirmed their relationship on Instagram with Geneva Dunham, who works as an eyelash technician.
Even though Kwame’s mother didn’t come to the wedding and he had some questionable chats with Micah – someone he also met while dating – Kwame and Chelsea were still one of the three couples who got married at the end of the fourth season.
At the reunion, Chelsea shared that she’s now met her husband’s mother. Kwame also apologized to his wife and her family for his past actions, explaining that his conversations with Micah hadn’t been his best moment.
The couple is living in Seattle with their beloved dog Rocky.
It’s often said that love is blind, but sometimes it takes time – or even getting engaged to someone else – to realize you’ve made a mistake. This happened to Zack, who initially proposed to Irina Solomonova, but they broke up while on vacation in Mexico.
Despite initial challenges and objections from Bliss’s father, the couple reconciled and got married. They immediately celebrated as husband and wife with their first dance to Lee Ann Womack’s “I Hope You Dance” – the song that had brought them together in the pods.
Following the final episode, Zack posted a picture of him and his partner on Instagram, writing “Eternal Bliss” in the caption.
The couple announced in November 2023 that they were expecting a baby, and welcomed their daughter, Galileo Terri Rayne Goytowski, in April 2024.
It feels like we haven’t seen a Love Is Blind couple with such instant chemistry since Cameron Hamilton and Lauren Speed back in season one!
Tiffany, 36, and Brett, 37, were the oldest couple in the experiment and still managed to get married, despite a last-minute wardrobe mishap when Brett’s pants didn’t fit! A big thanks to seamstress Lucia for saving the day.
Since filming wrapped, Tiffany and Brett moved to Portland and are still perfect! Phew!
After SK said “I don’t” at their wedding, he and Raven seemingly parted ways.
Once the show stopped filming, the two exes got back together, and they announced they were dating again during the season three reunion show.
A month later, the couple announced their separation following accusations of infidelity against SK. In a November social media post, SK and Raven explained they couldn’t share further details due to ongoing legal issues, and asked for privacy during this difficult time. They thanked their followers for supporting their relationship.
Viewers were upset when Jackie decided to reconnect with Josh Demas, the man she’d also formed a bond with in the pods, before officially breaking up with Marshall.
During the reunion, Jackie clarified what happened with her relationships. She explained, “I ended things with Marshall before I even met Josh at the coffee shop. It might seem like I was unfaithful, but I wasn’t.”
Jackie spoke about her breakup with Marshall, admitting she takes responsibility for her part in what happened. She explained that they simply weren’t a good match for each other.
Jackie and Josh were still a couple and living together when After the Altar aired, but she revealed on Instagram Live in September 2023 that they had split up.
Marshall shared with TopMob that he and fellow contestant Kacia Clark briefly attempted a connection after the show ended. However, he decided he needed to create some space between himself and the whole experience.
Marshall shared on After the Altar that he’s been dating Dr. Chay Barnes for a year and hopes to marry her. The couple got engaged in December 2023.
Nancy and Bartise’s wedding on Love Is Blind was particularly dramatic, but the conflict didn’t come from the couple themselves.
In the season three finale, Nancy was excited about getting married, but Bartise admitted he had doubts about their relationship. Nancy’s family was upset by this news and didn’t hesitate to express their disapproval of Bartise.
Even with all the ups and downs, Bartise and Nancy have continued to be friends, though their relationship has had its moments. As Bartise explained, they’ve gone through periods of being close, then drifting apart, completely losing touch, and then reconnecting as friends again.
In April 2023, Bartisse, known from the show Perfect Match, welcomed his son, Hayden. He hasn’t yet revealed who the baby’s mother is.
Several months later, he debuted his new romance with Cait Vanderberry on Instagram.
Nancy has also entered a new relationship, but has yet to publicly reveal her boyfriend’s identity.
In the season’s final episode, Alexa and Brennon exchanged vows and got married, surrounded by family and friends.
Alexa shared sweet vows, telling her partner, “You bring so much joy to my life – you make me laugh, challenge my mind, and most importantly, you make me truly happy.”
The couple shared the exciting news in January 2024 that they were expecting a baby. They welcomed their daughter, Vienna Ziva Lemieux, in July 2024.
Well, we can’t say we’re surprised by this breakup.
Zanab and Cole struggled to connect throughout their relationship, leading to frequent arguments. Despite getting married, Zanab stopped the ceremony to express her hurt, telling Cole that he had consistently disrespected, insulted, and criticized her, ultimately damaging her self-esteem.
Cole later reflected on their tumultuous relationship.
We were facing some challenges, but we were actively working to resolve them and hoped things would get better,” he explained to TopMob News. “Even if the wedding didn’t happen on that particular day, I was hoping we could at least continue our relationship afterward.
Colleen and Matt successfully exchanged vows in the season three finale.
Even though their relationship had its ups and downs, they were sure of their love for each other and joyfully got married.
Colleen explained to TopMob News in 2022 that she decided to marry him the moment she saw him cry and make a snorting sound. She said, “Seeing that made me realize he was the one, and I knew I would say yes.”
After nearly four years of marriage, the couple announced their separation in May 2025. In a post on Instagram, they explained it was a very difficult decision, made after much consideration and with a lot of emotion for both of them.
During the season finale, Sal wasn’t able to say, “I do.”
In an TopMob News interview, he revealed that he was single after filming.
He wondered if it was even possible to date nowadays, admitting he wasn’t sure how to go about it. He believed avoiding dating apps was the best strategy.
