Kim Kardashian has a huge following – over 354 million on Instagram – and many people are fascinated by her life. Over the past twenty years, the 45-year-old has transformed from a reality TV personality into a successful influencer, businesswoman, and advocate, and is now pursuing a law degree.
Even her fans might be surprised by her newest role: she’s starring in All’s Fair, an American drama series. The show’s creator, Ryan Murphy, has said he originally described the show to television networks in just five words: “Kim Kardashian as a divorce lawyer.”
I was really excited to hear this idea was greenlit! Now Kim Kardashian is joining an incredible cast – we’re talking Glenn Close, Teyana Taylor, and all the fantastic regulars from Murphy’s projects like Sarah Paulson, Naomi Watts, and Niecy Nash-Betts. It’s shaping up to be a seriously star-studded project!
I just saw this movie and it’s fantastic! It centers around six incredibly stylish and sharp women who are all divorce lawyers. They’re tired of being pushed around in their old, male-dominated firm, so they decide to strike out on their own and create a practice where they call the shots – and they aren’t afraid to be tough about it.
You know, beyond all the amazing visuals and incredible outfits, Kim really feels strongly about the heart of this project. After her own divorce from Kanye in 2022, she understands what it’s like to go through a family breakup, and it’s been really important to her to help others going through the same thing. Ryan specifically chose women who were really struggling and feeling down, and we all want to help them rediscover their self-worth and confidence.

The star and the producer already have a working relationship. Murphy is known for creating popular TV shows like ‘The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story,’ which covered the famous trial. Kim Kardashian’s father, Robert Kardashian, was one of O.J. Simpson’s lawyers, and she says watching him inspired her to pursue a career in law. She explains, “I admired his dedication and the work he did, and I always wanted to be involved, so it’s exciting to portray that connection on television now.”
Glenn Close is another major star in the series, and she admitted she was hesitant to play another lawyer so soon after her Emmy-winning role as Patty Hewes in ‘Damages.’ However, the show’s creator, Ryan Murphy, convinced her to take the part.
Glenn Close once told me that the director said I’d be playing a powerful, guiding figure – a real matriarch – and that my character would have a fantastic wardrobe, which, honestly, was a huge selling point!

Okay, movie fans, mark your calendars! I just heard that “All’s Fair” is hitting Disney Plus in the UK on November 4th, 2025. If you’re not already subscribed, you can jump on board now for as little as £4.99 a month.
