Following her split from Shaun White, Nina Dobrev has made a big move – she’s now living in New York City.

On November 1st, the 36-year-old shared on Instagram that she’s a New Yorker. The post featured a photo of her at a restaurant, showing off a set of keys with an apple-shaped keychain displaying the New York City skyline and the words ‘New York’.

Nina had been subtly suggesting a move with recent Instagram posts showing her location in a new city. She still owns a four-bedroom house in the Hollywood Hills of Los Angeles, which she and her Olympian partner bought in 2023 for $4.3 million.

The house was first offered for rent in January, eight months before TopMob News reported the couple had called off their engagement and split up.

Just two months after splitting from her fiancé, Shaun White, actress Nina Dobrev revealed some big news: she’s moved to New York City.

The 36-year-old announced on her Instagram Stories on November 1st that she had moved to New York City. She shared a photo of herself holding keys with an apple-shaped keychain featuring the New York City skyline, playfully declaring, “She’s a New Yorker.”

Although she’d recently hinted on social media about spending more time on the East Coast, she and Shaun had been working on renovating a house in Los Angeles before they split up.

Nina shared a TikTok video in July showing the progress on a house she’s building while also planning her wedding, with the caption, “Getting married and building a house in the same year!”

“How much do we have left?” she lip synced in the clip to Shaun, who replied, “Forty bucks.”
