Simone Biles Reveals the 3 Plastic Surgery Procedures She’s Done

Simone Biles is leaving the truth all out on the mat.

The Olympic gold medalist, who has won seven gold medals, playfully asked her fans to guess what cosmetic procedures she’s had over the years.

As a lifestyle expert, I’m always open about being real, and recently I shared something personal: I’ve actually had three cosmetic procedures. Honestly, you’d never even know about two of them – they were done so seamlessly! I believe in feeling your best, and sometimes a little help can go a long way.

In the post’s caption, the 28-year-old wrote, “Take your guesses.”

Okay, so there’s been a lot of talk, and I wanted to clear things up. Yes, I’ve had a breast augmentation – I wanted to feel more confident in that area. I also had a lower blepharoplasty, which is basically surgery to address the lower eyelids, and a little ear lobe surgery. I’m all about feeling your best, and these procedures helped me get there!

She mentioned having breast implants, using a cherries emoji to indicate them. She also explained she had lower eyelid surgery to address severe under-eye bags, and that an earring had torn out of her earlobe in the past.

Okay, so, last month I nearly lost it! Simone posted this video on her Instagram Story – she was doing a flip on a trampoline at her new house, which is amazing, by the way – and… well, let’s just say it looked like she’d gotten a boob job. Us Weekly reported on it, and honestly, I’ve been replaying that video ever since. It was subtle, but I noticed! I’m so happy for her if she did, she looks incredible!

Atop the clip, she wrote, “First flip – in a year – at the new house – with new [cherries emoji].”

In July, people began wondering if Simone Biles had gotten a breast augmentation after she posted a swimsuit photo on Instagram. The picture, taken during her vacation in Belize with her husband, Jonathan Owens, showed her wearing a gold and black bikini from Fenty, and one commenter simply asked, “Did you get those done?”

While Simone is now publicly discussing her recent surgeries for the first time, she’s long been an advocate for challenging traditional beauty standards.

In a 2020 Instagram post, she expressed frustration with how people try to impose their own ideas of beauty on others. She stated she was finished trying to meet unrealistic beauty standards and wouldn’t tolerate the negativity that comes when people feel disappointed if those standards aren’t met. She believes that no one has the right to dictate what beauty should be.

I was really struck by what Julia Fox recently shared. She admitted she sometimes looks back and wishes she hadn’t gotten certain cosmetic procedures done – things like liposuction, a nose job, veneers, and all the Botox and fillers. It’s so brave of her to be open about that, and it really resonated with me.

In an interview with Allure in August 2025, she shared a longing for the innocence of youth. She said seeing someone with no life experience makes her wish she could go back to a time before she felt pressured to focus on attracting men, believing that was necessary for her well-being.

She acknowledged she might eventually get back to being more productive, but it wasn’t a priority for her at the moment.

She documented the whole process on the show Botched Presents: Plastic Surgery Rewind, and it was really interesting to watch her journey to restore her natural look.
