MOTIONREC first launched for PC via Steam on October 27.
Here is an overview of the game, via its Steam page:
About
MOTIONREC is a unique puzzle game where you solve challenges by recording your actions and then replaying them to progress. It combines action and puzzle elements in a creative way.
Rec, The Civilization-Recording Robot
MOTIONREC is a unique puzzle-action game where you solve challenges by recording and replaying actions. You’ll control Rec, a robot tasked with documenting a ruined world, using this ability to navigate and overcome obstacles.
The Power of MOTIONREC
Track your character’s movements, whether it’s simple walking or more complex actions like jumping. You can also use elements in the environment to create and record elaborate sequences for getting around.
Record your movements…
…and play them back in another location!
This ability lets you reach high places or areas with no ground to stand on. While you’re in the air, you can only repeat your actions a limited number of times, but this resets whenever you touch the ground.
Use the MOTIONREC ability to discover the secrets of this ruined world now controlled by machines!
