Billy Bob Thornton and Angelina Jolie, who were married from 2000 to 2003, have remained close friends even after their divorce, according to Thornton.

In a recent interview with Rolling Stone, 70-year-old Brad Pitt shared that he and Angelina Jolie had a wonderful time together. He described their time as ‘one of the greatest times of my life’ and confirmed they remain very close friends.

The Academy Award-winning actor explained that he and Jolie, 50, ended their relationship amicably, due to their different ways of life. Reflecting on their marriage now, Thornton—who has been married six times—says the intense public attention surrounding it felt strange.
