Okay, so Game Pass just got a whole lot better! They’ve added Fortnite Crew to the list of perks, which means I can get all those extra Fortnite goodies through my subscription now. Pretty sweet!
Fortnite’s new monthly subscription includes the Battle Pass, a set amount of V-Bucks each month, and other benefits. It’s a key addition to Xbox Game Pass this month.
If you have Xbox Game Pass and want to play Fortnite, here’s how to get the Fortnite Crew benefits. Here’s what you need to do.
When does Fortnite Crew come to Xbox Game Pass
Starting November 18, 2025, the Fortnite Crew subscription will only be available to those with an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership.
If you have an Essential, Premium, or PC Game Pass subscription, you won’t be able to get Fortnite Crew as a perk of your membership.
How to claim Fortnite Crew with Xbox Game Pass
To get the Fortnite Crew benefits, you need an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription. If you have one, claiming it is easy!
You first need to make sure that your Xbox and Epic Games accounts are linked.
First, go to the Epic Games website and sign in. Then, click on your profile picture in the upper-right corner and choose ‘Account’ from the menu.
After opening the Account settings, select the ‘Linked accounts’ tab. Then, click the ‘Link’ button under the ‘Xbox network’ section.
Sign in to your Xbox account and then confirm you want to connect the two accounts together.
After connecting your Epic Games and Xbox accounts, your Fortnite Crew benefits should activate right away and be ready to use the next time you play on Xbox or PC.
It might take a little while for your accounts to connect. If you start Fortnite and don’t see your Fortnite Crew benefits right away, simply close the game and wait about 30 minutes to allow the connection process to finish.
