There’s a reason Khloe Kardashian doesn’t journal anymore.
Khloé Kardashian shared that her ex-husband, Lamar Odom, destroyed all of her personal journals during a difficult period in their marriage.
Khloe recently admitted on her podcast, Khloe in Wonder Land, that it’s been years since she last wrote in a journal. She used to really enjoy journaling, filling up several notebooks with her thoughts and experiences, and cherished having everything documented that way.
She explained that her ex-husband was really struggling at the time. He was very paranoid and discovered her journals, which she’d always kept. He became convinced she was writing down information and sending it to the government – it was a completely unfounded fear, but he truly believed it.
Khloé Kardashian, the founder of Good American, remembered being deeply upset when Lamar Odom, her ex-husband who has publicly discussed his battles with addiction, suddenly left.
It was absolutely devastating to hear Khloe share this. She told me how someone just threw years and years of her journals into a fire right in front of her. She was sobbing, completely heartbroken, and she remembered being on her knees, screaming. Those journals weren’t just paper and ink; they held her life, her memories, everything. It was like watching years of her life go up in flames, and it was just awful to witness.
I’ll never forget the last time I truly poured my heart into my journal. It was in my old bedroom, and I was completely broken – on my knees, sobbing, just overwhelmed with grief. After that, I couldn’t bring myself to write again. It felt like everything I was trying to process had been ripped away in an instant, and I questioned what the point of even trying to capture those feelings was anymore. It was a really tough moment, and honestly, it stopped me from journaling for a long time.
TopMob News has reached out to Lamar for comment and has yet to hear back.

Khloe recently shared details about her past after her ex-husband, Lamar, posted old photos of them online. He shared the pictures with vague captions hinting at difficult times, like saying he relied on faith when he felt weak and that he’s no longer afraid of hardship.
Khloé Kardashian and her ex-husband came face-to-face for the first time in years while filming an episode of The Kardashians. The episode, which documented their first meeting since their 2016 divorce, aired earlier this year, and Khloé has since shared her thoughts on the experience.
As a lifestyle observer, I’ve been following Khloe Kardashian’s recent comments, and they seem to be connected to some old photos Lamar Odom posted. He shared these throwbacks with really vague captions – things like needing grace to get through tough times and saying he’s no longer afraid of pain. It definitely felt like a message, and now we’re seeing how it relates to Khloe opening up about their past.
Khloe Kardashian and her ex-husband recently came face-to-face for the first time since their divorce in 2016, and the moment was captured on their reality show, The Kardashians. After the episode aired, Khloe shared her thoughts on filming the emotional scene with the former NBA player.
It was really tough emotionally,” she shared on her podcast in July. “Not seeing someone for a decade is strange, but being around them again, especially while filming, made it even more complicated.
She explained that his oddness made her feel sad. It was strange, she said, because despite not actually knowing him, she felt like she did. She hadn’t expected to feel so uncomfortable around someone she felt such a deep connection with.
