The new Knives Out movie, featuring Daniel Craig, is already out for some fans, but it will be available for everyone to watch on Netflix this week.
The movie will likely attract a large audience during the Christmas season, but surprisingly, Daniel Craig plans to watch something different on Christmas Day.
In a recent interview with TopMob magazine’s Christmas issue, Craig shared that one of his favorite things to do is watch Strictly Come Dancing with his children – he described it as “a joy.”
Craig explained that his family’s Christmas celebration isn’t about religion, but simply a chance for everyone to be together.
He explained that Christmas, in many ways, is similar to the American Thanksgiving holiday. Ultimately, he said, it’s a time for being grateful for family.

Craig is currently filming a movie adaptation of C.S. Lewis’s The Magician’s Nephew, directed by Greta Gerwig. He reprises his role as Uncle Andrew, the main magician in the story.
Whether he’ll be able to watch ‘Strictly’ and celebrate the holidays depends on his filming schedule, but he’s optimistic he’ll finish work on the ‘Narnia’ film in time for Christmas.

Daniel Craig explained that taking on diverse roles, like Benoit Blanc in Knives Out and Andrew in The Magician’s Nephew, allowed him to break free from expectations. He’s now more open to projects he might have previously hesitated to consider.
While I was dealing with the attention around playing James Bond, it sometimes felt awkward switching between that and other acting roles. I’m working incredibly hard right now, but I’m also having more fun than ever, and I’m getting to take on really diverse and interesting projects.
I’m so excited about Wake Up Dead Man! It looks like Benoit Blanc is facing his toughest challenge yet – a priest is murdered in a way that seems… impossible. It’s going to be a really intriguing mystery, I can just feel it.
