Larian Studios, the creators of the Divinity series, are working on a new game also set in the world of Rivellon. While they haven’t revealed which platforms it will be on or when it will be released, they say it’s their biggest project so far.
Here is an overview of the game, via Larian Studios:
The gods are silent. Rivellon bleeds. New powers stir.
From the creators of Baldur’s Gate III, Larian Studios presents a new RPG that’s even more expansive and detailed than their previous work.
At least, that’s the plan.
You don’t need to have played previous Larian games to enjoy Divinity, but if you’re familiar with Divinity: Original Sin and Divinity: Original Sin II, you’ll find extra depth and connections in the new game.
Larian Studios, the creators of the series, are excited to announce their first game simply titled ‘Divinity,’ according to founder and game director Swen Vincke. They plan to combine everything they’ve learned from past projects into this one ambitious title. Vincke believes this game will be their most expansive, detailed, and personal work yet, representing the culmination of years of effort. He promises players a truly enjoyable experience, stating it’s the ‘Divinity’ game they’ve always envisioned.
