Okay, so I just finished the Groundbreaking quest in ARC Raiders, and honestly, it wasn’t as tough as I thought! It’s actually pretty short and simple – you basically just need to head to a few specific locations in the right order. Don’t stress about it too much!

This guide will take you through everything, showing you exactly what to do and offering helpful tips to save you time and prevent you from losing important items. Let’s begin!

Enter the Locked Room at Pilgrim’s Peak

After you start the quest, Apollo will give you the Blue Gate Communication Tower Key. Most importantly, put the key in a safe place – you definitely don’t want to lose it during a raid!

Next, queue into the Blue Gate map.

Next, make your way to Pilgrim’s Peak, which is in the very northeast part of the map. Look for the tall tower – you’ll know you’re there when you see it. Go inside, then turn left and continue straight ahead until you find a locked door.

If the door is already open, even better, just walk straight in.

Search the Room for Construction Research

Once you’re inside the locked room, look in the corner for a whiteboard. Simply interact with the whiteboard to finish this part of the task.

Simple enough, but don’t leave yet, because that whiteboard is important for the next step.

Find the Building Pictured on the Whiteboard

Now things get slightly less obvious.

Examine the photo on the whiteboard. It shows a location close to the abandoned houses marked on the map.

Go to that location, and the objective will finish on its own when you get near the right building – you won’t need to do anything else.

Photograph the Abandoned Housing Project

For the final step, you’ll need to take a photo, but not just anywhere.

You’ll see a special rock with a glowing circle nearby. To take the photo, simply stand on or close to the rock and interact with the on-screen prompt.

Once the picture is taken, that’s it, you’ve officially completed the Groundbreaking quest.
