Star Wars Retcons Count Dooku’s Revenge of the Sith Death (& Confirms He Was A Real Sith In Every Way)

The animated series Star Wars: The Clone Wars quietly changed the backstory of Count Dooku, making him less innocent. This was especially clear in how his relationship with Asajj Ventress developed – she went from being a simple weapon to someone he considered as a possible apprentice. Because of the Sith’s strict rule of only having two members, Dooku training Ventress worried his master, Palpatine. Palpatine ordered Ventress’s death, fearing she might turn against them. Recently, Star Wars has confirmed Palpatine was right to be wary of Ventress.

World of Warcraft Is Finally Embracing a Modern Gaming Trend That Everyone Hates

Players can reach a certain level in the game, but improving their character requires either a lot of gameplay to earn in-game currency or spending real money. This practice is often disliked by gamers and is similar to other controversial methods like loot boxes. Now, it appears a popular, long-running online role-playing game is using this approach, and its fans are upset.

PlayStation Plus Subscribers Surprised With the Best PS3 Game for Free

Determining the best PS3 game is always subjective, but several titles consistently come up in the conversation. Games like Mass Effect 2, The Last of Us, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, GTA 5, BioShock, and The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim are all strong contenders. While many excellent games exist for the console, only a few truly stand out as the best. GTA 5 is arguably the most commercially successful of these, though some prefer another Rockstar Games release: Red Dead Redemption. Often eclipsed by its sequel, Red Dead Redemption remains a fantastic game and is essential playing for any gaming enthusiast. If you haven’t experienced it yet, it’s currently available to play with a PS Plus Extra or Premium subscription.

New Netflix TV Show From Game Of Thrones’ Creators Becomes An Instant Streaming Success

So, I just finished hearing about this new limited series on Netflix, and it sounds amazing! The team behind Bad Education, Mike Makowsky, along with David Benioff and D.B. Weiss, tackled Candice Millard’s non-fiction book, Destiny of the Republic. They’ve turned it into a show called Death by Lightning, and the cast is seriously impressive – Michael Shannon, Matthew Macfadyen, Betty Gilpin, Nick Offerman, and Shea Whigham are all on board. Makowsky told Tudum he’s been working on this for six years, and he still can’t believe how true – and wild and tragic – the story of James Garfield and his time really is. He thinks it actually feels more relevant today, which is pretty powerful. I’m definitely adding this to my watchlist!
