11 Years Later, One of the Best Sci-Fi Comics of All-Time Needs To Come Back

Bitch Planet, a comic book series published by Image Comics between 2014 and 2017, explores feminist themes through the lens of exploitation films. Created by writer Kelly Sue DeConnick and artist Valentine De Landro, the initial series ran for 10 issues, followed by a five-issue continuation. The story is set in a world where women deemed “non-compliant” are sent to a remote prison called the Auxiliary Compliance Outpost. While critically acclaimed and popular with fans, the series paused after the tenth issue. It’s a thoughtfully written and beautifully illustrated book that tackles tough topics and isn’t always easy to read, as it encourages readers to confront challenging issues.

We’ve already highlighted five series deserving a reboot, but there are so many good ones that we wanted to share five more that would really benefit from a modern update.

Netflix Will Have To Break Its Biggest Rule In 2029

Netflix has a strong track record of launching hit original series like Stranger Things, Squid Game, and Wednesday, which they then expand into larger franchises with continued story development. But KPop Demon Hunters has become something truly exceptional, surpassing even those successes.

The Halloween Franchise Actually Ended With Halloween H20

It always seemed unlikely that Blumhouse could convince fans that Halloween Ends offered a fitting conclusion to the iconic series, especially with its strange story about a young man influenced by Michael Myers’ evil. In Hollywood, profit usually wins, and a character as popular as Michael Myers – ‘The Shape’ – will likely keep appearing in new movies. Plus, the franchise already delivered a near-perfect ending back in 1998 with Halloween H20: Twenty Years Later, which achieved most of what the recent trilogy attempted, but in a concise 86 minutes instead of over five hours.

Kylie Jenner Debuts New Kitten Following Death of Dog Norman

I was so sad to hear about Norman, but it definitely warmed my heart to see a little bit of sunshine from Kim Kardashian! She posted the cutest videos of a fluffy white kitten on her social media just a few days after sharing the news about her sweet dog. It’s lovely to see her finding some joy during a tough time.

One of the MCU’s Most Powerful Characters Ever Only Appeared Once (& Will Probably Never Return)

With so many heroes needed, some of the MCU’s most powerful characters, like Captain Marvel and Doctor Strange, surprisingly aren’t involved in the upcoming conflict. It’s especially strange considering they both recently had their own movies. Another strong hero had their moment in the spotlight on Disney+, but unlike others, there seems to be no way for them to rejoin the fight, even though the situation feels urgent.

All Playable Characters in Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment, Ranked Worst to Best

Okay, so in Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment, some characters are super important to the story and you’ll be using them a ton from the beginning. Others show up later and don’t get as much time to shine. Honestly, that means some of them just aren’t as fun to play – it’s hard to get invested in someone you barely know! But whether you’re wondering who’s available or just curious where your favorite Legend of Zelda character ranks, I’ve put together my personal tier list of all 19 warriors. Here’s how I’d rank them based on how good they feel to play.

Disney+’s Biggest Marvel Show Is Bad News For The MCU (But it Makes Sense)

Disney+’s Spidey and His Amazing Friends follows young heroes Spidey, Ghost Spider, and Spin as they protect their city from villains like Green Goblin and Rhino. The show often features appearances from other Marvel characters, including Black Panther, Jeff the Land Shark, and Ms. Marvel. It’s a great, simple introduction to the Marvel universe for younger viewers, and it’s currently the most popular Marvel show available for streaming, significantly outperforming other Marvel TV series.
