Wednesday Season 3 Announces Its 16 Main Cast Members

Season 3 of Wednesday is happening, and it’s set to feature a strong cast, including Eva Green as a new addition. Although fans will likely have to wait a few years for the next installment of the popular Netflix series, the second season left several unanswered questions that have viewers eager to find out what happens next. These include Wednesday’s search for Enid Sinclair, the secrets surrounding Aunt Ophelia, and the true nature of Grandmama’s loyalties.

Beyond the main plotlines, a third season of Wednesday will likely keep the show’s signature blend of spooky horror and humor, along with the talented actors that made it popular. While Steve Buscemi’s character won’t be returning, Season 2 introduced new favorites like Evie Templeton as Agnes De Mille and Joanna Lumley as Grandmama, adding to the show’s cast. Now, with the addition of Green, Netflix has confirmed the actors who will appear in the next episodes of Wednesday.

Every Cast Member Announced for Wednesday Season 3

Jenna Ortega – Wednesday Addams

I’m so excited to hear Jenna Ortega is coming back as Wednesday Addams for Season 3! Last season was a wild ride for her character – losing her powers was a huge setback, and her friendship with Enid really went through the wringer. It was great seeing her get her abilities back and work things out, and I can’t wait to see what happens next.

The second season concluded with Wednesday embarking on a journey to locate and help Enid, who had transformed into an Alpha Werewolf during a heroic rescue. Meanwhile, the show will delve deeper into the mysteries surrounding the Addams Family, as Aunt Ophelia starts pursuing her vow to eliminate Wednesday, a threat established in the season finale.

Emma Myers – Enid Sinclair

Emma Myers will be back as Enid Sinclair, suggesting her character may eventually transform back into a human, possibly after being rescued in the upcoming season.

If you haven’t been following the story, Enid became a powerful Alpha Werewolf at the end of Season 2 to rescue Wednesday. This transformation is permanent – she can’t change back into a human. We last heard she was living in the remote northern wilderness, possibly to avoid attention from both humans and other werewolves, as being an Alpha makes her a target.

Myers has shared that she’d like to see two things happen with her character, Enid, in Season 3: she wants Enid to be able to transform out of werewolf form at some point, and she hopes for fewer disagreements between Enid and Wednesday Addams.

Hunter Doohan – Tyler Galpin

Hunter Doohan will be back as Tyler Galpin in Season 3 of Wednesday. After being used by his uncle, Isaac Knight, and dealing with the loss of his mother, Tyler’s story will continue in new directions. It’s still unclear whether he’ll be a villain or a hero, especially considering his strong dislike for Wednesday in the previous seasons.

Season 3 could also delve into why Wednesday unexpectedly saved him during the final fight – a moment that still doesn’t quite make sense.

Joy Sunday – Bianca Barclay

In Season 2, we learned a lot about Bianca Barclay (played by Joy Sunday) and her family, revealing the importance of the Sirens. As one of Wednesday’s closest friends, Bianca is likely to play a key role in Season 3, potentially assisting Wednesday when she faces off against Aunt Ophelia.

Moosa Mostafa – Eugene Ottinger

Moosa Mostafa will be back playing Eugene Ottinger, Pugsley’s friend, and he has the special power to command bees.

Following the development of Pugsley and Eugene’s bond in Season 3 of Wednesday, their friendship is likely to be a central focus in the next season, similar to how Enid and Wednesday’s relationship was a key part of the show.

Georgie Farmer – Ajax Petropolus

Georgie Farmer will return in Season 3 of Wednesday as Ajax Petropolus, the gorgon student at Nevermore Academy who previously dated Enid Sinclair.

Although Season 2 of Wednesday explained why Enid and Ajax split up, Ajax might find love again in Season 3. There were small clues suggesting he’s developing feelings for Bianca Barclay.

Isaac Ordonez – Pugsley Addams

In Season 2 of Wednesday, Pugsley Addams, Wednesday’s brother, became central to the plot when he revealed his ability to control electricity. This sparked the story involving Slurp the Zombie, who was later revealed to be the villain, Isaac Knight.

As Pugsley starts to become more independent, the upcoming visit from his unsettling Aunt Ophelia could cause him a lot of stress. He’s likely to join forces with his sister and do whatever it takes to keep her safe.

Billie Piper – Isadora Capri

Billie Piper’s Isadora Capri was a mysterious new addition to Wednesday Season 2.

This character was first shown as a music teacher at Nevermore who also happened to be a werewolf, and she played a key role in helping Enid become a fully realized Alpha. While Season 2 left her true intentions unclear, her return in Season 3 promises to reveal whether she’s a friend or foe.

Luyanda Unati Lewis-Nyawo – Sheriff Ritchie Santiago

Luyanda Unati Lewis-Nyawo will reprise her role as Sheriff Ritchie Santiago in Season 3 of Wednesday. Though she had a small part in Season 2, Sheriff Santiago is confirmed to return and will be investigating the unusual crimes happening both at and around Nevermore Academy. Her increased role could be key in helping Wednesday navigate an upcoming family conflict.

Victor Dorobantu – Thing

In the second season of Wednesday, Thing (played by Victor Dorobantu) had a surprising reveal: he originated from the body of Isaac Knight. After a short time reconnecting with Isaac, Thing ultimately chose to side with the Addams Family, becoming their most devoted friend and helper.

Okay, so after watching Season 2, it’s clear Thing is going to be a huge asset to Wednesday moving forward. I’m anticipating he’ll be instrumental in finding Enid, and honestly, I’m already bracing myself for some serious family drama – looks like Wednesday’s going to have a showdown with both her Grandmama and Aunt Ophelia in Season 3. It’s setting up to be a wild ride!

Evie Templeton – Agnes DeMille

Evie Templeton, who became a popular character in Season 2 of Wednesday as Agnes DeMille, will return for Season 3. Initially introduced as Wednesday Addams’ stalker, Agnes won over fans by assisting Wednesday and Enid Sinclair in their fight against Isaac Knight and Francoise Galpin.

Agnes is back for Season 3 and will continue to be a source of playful trouble and funny observations as the lovable new student at Nevermore.

Luis GuzmĂĄn – Gomez Addams

In Season 2 of Wednesday, we learned the sad story of how Gomez Addams (Luis Guzmán) lost his abilities, but that was likely just the beginning of his hidden past. Season 3 is expected to explore Gomez’s story further, possibly revealing connections to Ophelia and what he knew about the long-standing conflict between his wife and sister-in-law.

Catherine Zeta-Jones – Morticia Addams

Catherine Zeta-Jones, who looked quite different in the second season, is likely to return as Morticia Addams in Wednesday Season 3. It’s expected she’ll have a larger role, as her troubled sister, Ophelia, is set to be released and seek revenge on her daughter.

I’m really excited for Season 3! After seeing Morticia and Wednesday clash so much in Season 2, I’m hoping they’ll finally work together this time. It sounds like they’ll be facing a new threat, and I can’t wait to see them team up and use their unique skills to overcome it. It’ll be a totally different dynamic, and I think it’ll be amazing!

Joanna Lumley – Grandmama Hester Frump

Joanna Lumley first appeared as Grandmama in Season 2 of Wednesday, and her character might become a villain in Season 3. This is especially likely now that it’s been revealed she knew where Aunt Ophelia was all along.

It would be really sad if Grandmama and Wednesday became enemies, especially since their relationship seemed so close throughout most of Season 2. However, that closeness might be a facade, designed to help Ophelia carry out her plan to eliminate Wednesday.

Fred Armisen – Uncle Fester

Fred Armisen will reprise his role as Uncle Fester in the third season of Wednesday, and he’ll appear fairly early in the season. The second season ended with Uncle Fester and Wednesday traveling to the Canadian border to search for Enid, suggesting he’ll play a key part in the effort to bring the Alpha Werewolf back home.

In addition to a third season of Wednesday, Uncle Fester will also star in his own spin-off series, so his character’s story will continue.

Eva Green – Aunt Ophelia

I’m really excited about Eva Green joining the cast of Wednesday! She’s playing Aunt Ophelia, and it looks like she’s going to be a seriously intriguing character. Apparently, her goal is to have Wednesday
well, not survive Season 2! It’s a huge cliffhanger, and the show creators have hinted we’ll finally understand why she wants to harm Wednesday in Season 3. I can’t wait to see how that all plays out!

Eva Green is an excellent choice to play the villainous Aunt Ophelia in Wednesday. Not only has she collaborated with director Tim Burton before, but she also has the strength and determination to create a compelling character, potentially matching the energy of Jenna Ortega’s fantastic performance as Wednesday Addams.
