New Fantasy Release is The Perfect Replacement for HBO Max’s Heated Rivalry Fans

It’s no surprise to anyone on the internet, especially TikTok, that Heated Rivalry has become incredibly popular. Fans are obsessed with the enemies-to-lovers relationship between Shane Hollander and Ilya Rozanov and how their story began. Although the first season is on hold until 2027, the actors who play them, Connor Storrie and Hudson Williams, are keeping fans engaged by working on a new fantasy project in the meantime.

Robin Williams and Keegan-Michael Key will be the voices behind Ember & Ice, a new three-part audio romance from Quinn, a company specializing in erotic audio. The story, described as captivating and perfect for fans of Booktok, centers on Dane and Finn, princes from feuding magical kingdoms. Set in a detailed fantasy world, Ember & Ice explores themes of love, duty, and forbidden attraction as the princes defy expectations and follow their hearts, creating a story full of tension, longing, and intimate moments.

Quinn, usually known for stories that put the listener into the action, is trying something different with its new series, Ember & Ice. This one will focus on the relationship between the two main characters, Dane and Finn, and their secret love. Caroline Spiegel, Quinn’s CEO, praised the actors, saying Hudson and Connor have amazing chemistry and are exciting to watch connect with fans. The first two episodes of the series will be released on December 30th, quickly following the December 26th finale of Heated Rivalry, so fans won’t have to wait long for more content.

Quinn originally started as a platform for up-and-coming creators and voice actors, and continues to support them. However, they’ve expanded to include well-known actors like Kate Moening, Andrew Scott, Jamie Campbell Bower, Manny Jacinto, and Victoria Pedretti. In a 2022 interview with Gotham Magazine, Quinn’s founder, Spiegel, explained that the platform centers on fantasy and the psychological side of intimacy, and was intentionally created by women to avoid overly sexualizing content.
