Travis Kelce thought he’d received all his gifts this year, but Taylor Swift really surprised him.
Following Christmas in 2025, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce and his brother Jason talked about the best gifts they received. Travis said his fiancée gave him his favorite present.
During the December 31st episode of his podcast, New Heights, Travis revealed that the best gift he received was from Taylor. However, he playfully refused to share what it was, explaining that it would reveal details about their private life. He ended with a sweet message to Taylor, saying, “I love you, Tay.”
Travis, 36, generally prefers to keep his relationship private, but he mentioned enjoying the holidays with his future in-laws. He said Taylor’s parents, Andrea and Scott Swift, and her brother, Austin, are all excellent gift-givers, adding, “Austin got me a really good gift too.”
Travis didn’t arrive at Taylor’s Christmas tree farm without a gift. He recently explained how he found something for her after her 36th birthday, noting she’s famously difficult to shop for.
Travis Kelce recently revealed on the New Heights podcast that one of his best gifts for Taylor Swift was a bread slicer. He explained that she’s been making a lot of sourdough bread lately, and he’s benefiting from it with improved digestion.
Travis Kelce’s knack for finding great gifts seems to be a family trait. His father, Ed Kelce, recently revealed how he found the ideal Christmas gift for Taylor Swift last year.
In a December 2024 podcast interview on Baskin and Phelps, Ed said that finding a gift for Taylor is just as difficult as finding one for Jason or Travis. He explained that they already have everything they could possibly want.

Ed, who shares his NFL player sons with his ex-wife Donna Kelce, made it clear that considering such an expensive option just isn’t feasible.
He thought for a moment, then said, “You need to think bigger than that. You have to find something truly unique. The price tag doesn’t matter. You won’t impress someone like Taylor Swift with just an expensive gift, even if it costs $100,000.”
Ed says his secret to buying gifts for his famous family is to find something small and thoughtful – something for around ten dollars – that really touches their heart and evokes an emotional response. He believes it’s about the feeling the gift creates, not the price tag.
