What Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco Were Up to After Golden Globes 2026

It was only waffles in the building for Selena Gomez.

Selena Gomez, along with her husband Benny Blanco and her “Only Murders in the Building” co-stars Martin Short and Steve Martin, capped off their night at the Golden Globe Awards on January 11th with a celebratory breakfast.

Rather than go to an official after-party, the cast of the comedy series celebrated in a way that fit the show’s New York City vibe: they wore their awards ceremony outfits and had dinner at a diner.

Selena posted a picture on her Instagram Story from a fun get-together, showing a table full of food like fries, waffles, and wine. She captioned it, ā€œBreakfast for dinner after the Golden Globes.ā€

She shared a photo of herself with Martin and Steve, who were sitting opposite her and having a lively conversation.

Okay, so Only Murders in the Building didn’t win any Globes, and honestly, I was devastated! But still, it was amazing that Steve, Martin, and Selena all got nominated for their acting! And the show itself was nominated too, for Best Musical or Comedy Series – though The Studio ended up taking that one. Still, seeing my faves recognized feels like a win to me!

Since its debut in 2021, Only Murders in the Building has consistently been recognized with award nominations.

Selena expressed her gratitude on Instagram after the Golden Globes, writing, “Thank you for having us again! We’re so grateful.”

While Selena, Martin, Benny, and Steve chose to eat rather than drink after the Golden Globes, many other nominees and winners continued the celebration at Netflix’s after-party.

The cast of Adolescence—including Owen Cooper, Stephen Graham, Erin Doherty, and Hannah Walters—were among those celebrating successes with the streaming service. Nominees Adam Brody, Jacob Elordi, Claire Danes, and Keri Russell also joined in the celebrations.

Owen, who won Best Supporting Actor in a TV show, had a fantastic night surrounded by stars. The 16-year-old took selfies with celebrities like Leonardo DiCaprio, Sean Penn, Emily Blunt, and Queen Latifah during the awards ceremony. He also got a picture with Jeremy Allen White from The Bear at a Netflix after-party.
