The third season of Jujutsu Kaisen has begun, and the new episodes are already showing how dangerous the Culling Game arc will be for Yuji Itadori and the characters who made it through the Shibuya Incident. While the English dub wasn’t available at the same time as the original release, good news for English-speaking fans – it’s coming much sooner than expected! With an amazing fight from Maki on the horizon, it’s an exciting time to be a fan of Yuji and the world of Jujutsu Kaisen.
The English dub of Jujutsu Kaisen season three is now available on Crunchyroll, starting today, January 22nd. It’s currently unknown whether the initial release will include the first one or two episodes. Fans may have already gotten a preview of the English dub last year through the movie Jujutsu Kaisen: Execution, which featured dubbed versions of earlier parts of the season. The original voice actors are returning, and several new actors will be joining the cast for the upcoming ‘Culling Game’ arc. Here’s a list of the current cast members:
- Yuji Itadori voiced by Adam McArthur
- Yuta Okkotsu voiced by Kayleigh McKee
- Rika voiced by Anairis Quinones
- Choso voiced by Ray Chase
- Naoya Zen’in voiced by Alan Lee
- Ogi Zen’in voiced by Jamie Simone
- Maki and Mai’s Mother Anjali Kunapaneni
- Furudate voiced by Jamie Simone
- Megumi Fushigoro voiced by Robbie Daymond
- Nobara Kugisaki voiced by Anne Yatco
- Satoru Gojo voiced by Kaiji Tang
- Kento Nanami voiced by David Vincent
- Takuma Ino voiced by Lucien Dodge
- Aoi Todo voiced by Xander Mobus
- Yuki Tsukumo voiced by Anjali Kunapaneni
Jujutsu Kaisen’s English Dub Details
In addition to announcing the release of the English dub for season three today, Jujutsu Kaisen revealed who will voice a major new villain from the Culling Game. Voice actor Alan Lee will be bringing Naoya Zen’in, a prominent member of the Zen’in Clan, to life in the dub. Lee is a familiar face in anime, with recent roles in series like Sanda, Yaiba: Samurai Legend, Moonrise, and Sakamoto Days. He’s also no stranger to playing villains, having voiced characters such as Kang in Solo Leveling, Nico in Undead Unluck, and even Shang Tsung in recent Mortal Kombat games.
I’m so hyped for Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3! We don’t know exactly how many episodes we’re getting yet, but if MAPPA follows the pattern of the first two seasons – around 24 episodes each – that seems likely. No matter how you’re watching, get ready, because the Culling Game is going to be absolutely insane!
