The actress from Sister Act, who has previously said she doesn’t want to get married again, recently explained how she’s come to appreciate and feel content with being single.

Whoopi Goldberg, 70, recently explained to Jeremy O. Harris in an interview with Interview magazine that being lonely and being alone aren’t the same. She personally doesn’t often feel lonely because she’s surrounded by people who keep her company. However, she believes many people struggle with being alone, as society often implies there’s something wrong with not being part of a pair or doing things independently.

She’s changed her views on that, though. She recently shared a feeling similar to what she told The New York Times in a popular 2016 interview, admitting she prefers to live alone and doesn’t want someone living with her.

So, it’s no surprise that she stands behind being happy with her solo life all these years later.

Whoopi Goldberg recently shared that sometimes people just want to enjoy a simple meal alone. She explained that there are moments when you don’t feel like socializing or worrying about others’ preferences – you just want to have something like pasta and not have to ask about wine pairings or anything else.

She’d prefer honesty, even if it means someone admits they might need more than one partner, allowing the other person to decide if that’s something they can accept.

Whoopi Goldberg is making family a priority. She recently revealed that she plans to leave her estimated $60 million estate to her daughter, Alex, and Alex’s three children: Amarah Skye, 35, Jerzey, 30, and Mason, 28.

She shared on The View that she believes children learn by example. She explained that her mother worked incredibly hard, which shaped her own work ethic, and she intends to leave everything she’s earned to her child.

The reality star told The New York Times she’d consider almost any procedure to look younger, joking that she was open to trying anything.

She admitted in June that she’d even consider something extreme – like eating something disgusting every day – if it meant she could look younger. She emphasized she was serious, saying, ‘I just might.’

In a July 2022 interview with Allure magazine, Kim explained she was mostly kidding when she made the comment, but admitted it wasn’t a completely awful idea.

Kim thought for a moment and then said, ‘Honestly, I’d probably eat something awful if someone promised it would make me look younger – even if it meant eating a bowl of poop every day.’

She wasn’t sure how much she could eat. “Perhaps just a small taste,” she said. “I definitely couldn’t manage a full bowl.”
