Demi Lovato needs to give her heart—and her body—a break.
The 33-year-old performer is getting ready to hit the road again with her It’s Not That Deep tour – her first since 2022 – but she’s had to reduce the number of shows and change some of the cities she’ll be visiting.
Hey Lovatics! I’m really excited to get back on stage and see you all this year. But while planning the tour, I’ve realized I might have been a little overambitious with how much we can realistically do.
She explained that she needs more rest and rehearsal time to stay healthy and deliver her best performance at every show. This means adjusting her schedule to include more days off so she can maintain her energy throughout the entire tour.
Demi has canceled her concerts in Charlotte, Nashville, Atlanta, Las Vegas, and Denver. She’s also rescheduled her Orlando show – originally the second stop on her tour – to be the first concert instead, moving it back three days.
Demi told fans who bought tickets through Ticketmaster or AXS that they’ll automatically receive refunds. She advised anyone who purchased tickets from other sellers to contact those companies directly for assistance.
The singer, 33, wrapped up her message by saying she’s thrilled about the upcoming tour and can’t wait to sing with her fans. She also expressed her gratitude for their continued support, adding, ‘I love you and I’ll see you soon!’

I’m feeling really good right now,” the artist, age 33, shared. “I recently got married, and making this album taught me a lot. I’m used to writing songs about my own experiences, but this time I had to explore new emotions and perspectives. The album is really a reflection of that journey of discovery.
Her relationship with Jutes developed gradually from a close friendship into a romance, and many people have been anticipating it for a while.
I’m so excited about Demi’s new album, It’s Not That Deep! It feels like a real return to her ‘Popvato’ sound, which is a nice shift after Holy Fvck. I’ve read that a lot of this change is thanks to her husband, Jutes – Jordan Lutes is his real name – who she married in May 2025. It’s great to see how their relationship is influencing her music!
In a recent interview with Paper Magazine, the former Camp Rock star explained that their current music reflects their personal growth. They shared that they’re currently in a good place and don’t feel the need to express deep emotional pain through their songs.
Demi began writing songs for the album about difficult subjects, but she realized they weren’t connecting with her or feeling genuine.

I’m feeling really good and positive right now,” she said. “Getting married was a big change, and it made me approach songwriting differently. I used to write about my past experiences, but this album is about embracing new things and writing about what’s happening in my life now – it’s a reflection of that growth.
Her relationship with Jutes developed over time, starting as a close friendship and eventually blossoming into a romance.
I’ve been a longtime fan, and when Demi shared this with People in 2024, it really resonated with me. She said she’s waited her whole life for this person, and you can just feel how much peace and stability he brings to her life. She described him as incredibly supportive, loving, and caring, and how easy it is to feel grounded when you’re loved and treated so well. It’s honestly beautiful to hear how happy she is.

I was so excited to see that Demi and her partner welcomed a new puppy into their family! He’s absolutely adorable – a little blonde ball of fluff. Demi posted the video just two weeks before she and Jutes tied on the knot.
