I can’t believe it, but Chrissie Watts is returning to Walford sooner than anyone thought! It looks like Jake Moon has really played her, and she’s walked right into his trap in tomorrow’s episode. I’m honestly on the edge of my seat to see what happens!
The last time we saw Chrissie, it was Christmas Day, and she was exposed as the one responsible for making Zoe Slater’s life difficult. She unexpectedly met Jasmine Fisher at a hospital and learned that Jasmine was actually Zoe’s long-lost daughter.
After Den’s death, and realizing Jasmine was unhappy about being adopted, Sharon and Grant teamed up to frighten her in her own home as an act of revenge.

Someone vandalized buildings with fake blood, wrote harsh online reviews about The Queen Vic pub, and set fire to Zoe’s bedroom in the Branning house.
Chrissie disappeared into the night, and shortly after, a body was discovered inside the pub upstairs: Anthony Trueman, Jasmine’s father, played by Nicholas Bailey.

Zoe was the last known person to see him before his death, so she turned herself in to the police. Meanwhile, Kat Moon believes someone named Chrissie is falsely accusing her daughter, but she doesn’t realize Jasmine is actually the one who committed the crime.
Jake visited Zoe in prison earlier this week to get answers about what happened with Chrissie. He told her their relationship ended because of her scheme, and he was shocked by how things spiraled out of control.

Kat realized he was probably the only one who could help Zoe, so she convinced him to return to Albert Square hoping he would reach out to Chrissie. Phil Mitchell encouraged him to do what was best for his family. Tomorrow, viewers will see his family anxiously awaiting Zoe’s arrival, believing something that isn’t true.
The BBC soap opera has revealed that the character will be tricked and will react angrily when she next sees Kat, leading to a dramatic confrontation.
But will the trio be able to discover who really killed Anthony?

Okay, so I’m Michael Adams, and I basically live and breathe soap operas! I write about all the drama for TopMob – everything from what’s happening on Coronation Street and EastEnders, to Emmerdale and Hollyoaks, and all the other shows too. Before this, I was a soaps reporter at Metro for a couple of years, and I even got to work on the actual sets of Corrie and Emmerdale – it was pretty amazing!
