Cruz Beckham may be calling a time out on his family’s feud with Brooklyn Peltz Beckham.
Following a recent public dispute where their son Cruz accused them of interfering in his marriage to Nicola Peltz Beckham, David and Victoria Beckham’s 20-year-old son is now reflecting on happier memories with his family.
On February 11th, Cruz posted a cute childhood photo to Instagram featuring himself with his brothers, Brooklyn, 26, and Romeo Beckham, 23. The picture shows Brooklyn hugging both of his brothers while they all smile at the camera.
Later in the series of photos, Cruz—who had previously claimed Brooklyn blocked him and his parents on Instagram—shared a picture of himself and his brothers with their sister Harper Beckham, 14, during a beekeeping outing. The photo shows all four Beckham siblings wearing protective gear and posing in a field.
Victoria reacted to Cruz sharing a nostalgic memory by replying with four red heart emojis.
Following a meaningful post from Cruz, Romeo recently showed his devotion to family with a new tattoo. He shared a photo on Instagram from February 8th revealing the word “Family” inked on the back of his neck.
Just weeks prior, Brooklyn addressed rumors of his family’s rift.
He explained in an Instagram post on January 19th that he’d remained quiet for years, trying to keep his personal life private. However, he felt forced to speak out because his parents and their representatives kept sharing information with the media, including untrue statements. He emphasized that he doesn’t want to repair his relationship with his family, and that he’s finally asserting his independence and telling his own story.
The aspiring chef claimed his parents have always manipulated what the media says about his family, and they’ve consistently tried to sabotage his relationship, even before his wedding, with no sign of stopping.
David and Victoria Beckham haven’t publicly commented on the situation, but Nicola Peltz’s father, Nelson Peltz, recently spoke about the family disagreement.
During a February 3rd event hosted by The Wall Street Journal in West Palm Beach, Florida, Nelson jokingly asked if his family had recently been featured in the news, then added that he hadn’t seen any coverage.
As for a few words of wisdom for the couple?
“My advice is to stay the hell out of the press,” he said. “How much good did that do?”
The billionaire businessman generally keeps his personal life private, but he did publicly express his support for Nicola and Brooklyn.
I won’t discuss my daughter and the Beckhams right now, as that’s a separate topic for another time. But I want to say my daughter is wonderful, and I’m really happy for her and Brooklyn. I hope they have a long and joyful life together.
