The action game Hordes of Hunger is officially out now on PC through Steam! After being in development for a while, it’s available for $14.99, £12.79, or €14.79, according to publisher Kwalee and developer Hyperstrange.
Hordes of Hunger first launched in Early Access on May 6, 2025.
The latest update adds two new, challenging difficulty levels – Nightmare and Hell. These modes feature bigger enemy groups, tougher opponents, and unique bosses. We’ve also improved how you unlock perks and made enemy placement more random in the third area and on the new difficulty settings.

In Hordes of Hunger, you’ll battle endless waves of monsters in a fast-paced arena. Customize your character with different weapons and special moves, and unlock new skills with each attempt to create the perfect build. Complete quests and save survivors to gather resources and learn the secrets behind the monstrous invasion.
