Bandai Namco is a major supporter of the classic games available on PS Plus Premium, and frankly, they’re one of the few developers consistently adding to it.
Considering its popularity, it’s not surprising that the classic Time Crisis game is being re-released on PS5 and PS4 as a PlayStation 1 emulator title.
The latest update to Implicit Conversions is especially exciting because it lets you play classic light gun games using the motion sensors in your DualSense or DualShock 4 controller, bringing a more immersive and traditional feel to the experience.
It doesn’t quite replicate the feeling of using a GunCon with a classic CRT TV, but it’s a decent substitute when you don’t have the real thing.
The game will be available with PS Plus Premium in May, which we’d estimate to be 21st May.
Tekken Dark Resurrection, originally a PSP game, will be added to the PS Plus Premium library in March, likely around March 17th.
The only drawback is that Bandai Namco’s older games usually don’t have Trophy support, but we’re still glad these two classics are being updated for modern systems.
