Capcom has released the PC versions of Dino Crisis and Dino Crisis 2 on Steam. For a limited time, until February 26th, both games are available for $4.99 – a 50% discount from their regular price.
Both Dino Crisis and Dino Crisis 2 were previously sold on GOG. Dino Crisis can also be played on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4.
Here is an overview of each game, via Capcom:
First released in 1999, Dino Crisis combines dinosaurs with the suspense of survival horror. You play as special agent Regina, sent on a secret mission that goes wrong when she discovers a facility swarming with dinosaurs. Fight to survive against these ancient creatures and uncover the reason for their terrifying reappearance.
The exciting sequel sends players to the prehistoric jungles of the Cretaceous Period. In Dino Crisis 2, you reprise your role as Regina, embarking on a dangerous mission to save survivors from a city lost in time. Prepare for even more intense dinosaur combat, facing larger hordes of ferocious creatures and equipped with a wider range of powerful weapons. The action is bigger and better than ever before!
The Steam releases of Dino Crisis and Dino Crisis 2 offer the classic gameplay you remember, now updated to work with today’s computers and controllers.
