Every Movie & TV Show Coming to Netflix This Week (February 23rd)

As February comes to an end, we’re finishing up the new shows and movies added to Netflix this month. While there aren’t many new releases in these last few days, there are still a few things to watch as we head into spring. Plus, with March starting next Sunday, we’re getting a preview of all the new content coming next month.

Moviegoers have a relatively quiet week ahead until March 1st, when both Jurassic World and Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom become available. If you’re not interested in dinosaurs or science fiction, Mark Wahlberg’s Deepwater Horizon is another option.

Next week, get ready for some laughs with seasons 7 and 8 of Brooklyn Nine-Nine coming to the streaming service. Plus, if you’re a fan of Bridgerton, the second part of the latest season will be available starting Thursday, February 29th. See the complete list of new additions below!

Tuesday, February 24th

Taylor Tomlinson’s latest Netflix comedy special, Prodigal Daughter, is a funny and honest look at big life topics. She talks about questioning her faith, dealing with past religious experiences, understanding her sexuality, and facing her fears about death.

Thursday, February 26th

Brooklyn Nine-Nine: Seasons 7-8

Season 4 of the Netflix series Bridgerton follows Benedict (Luke Thompson), the middle Bridgerton brother. While his brothers have found happiness in marriage, Benedict isn’t eager to settle down—that is, until he’s captivated by a mysterious woman at his mother’s masquerade ball.

The Netflix series Crap Happens follows rapper Toni as he returns home for his mother’s funeral. He’s unexpectedly faced with two major life changes: pursuing his music career and becoming a father to a teenage son.

In the 2021 sports action film Born a Champion, stars Sean Patrick Flanery and Denis Quaid tell the story of Mickey Kelley, a Brazilian jiu-jitsu legend. After losing a tough fight to a promising MMA fighter, Kelley learns his opponent cheated and decides to fight him again.

Deepwater Horizon (2016) is a movie starring Mark Wahlberg that tells the true story and dramatizes the events of the oil rig disaster.

The 2022 film Honk For Jesus: Save Your Soul is a comedic mockumentary starring Regina Hall and Sterling K. Brown, and it’s set within the world of a large megachurch.

In the 2015 film Jurassic World, a brand-new dinosaur theme park descends into mayhem after a dangerous, genetically modified dinosaur breaks free. The film stars Chris Pratt.

In Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom (2018), what starts as an effort to save dinosaurs becomes a dangerous plot involving illegal cloning, dinosaur trading, and the potential for these creatures to escape and threaten humanity.

Kristen Bell will host the 2026 SAG Awards, which will be broadcast live.

The Green Knight (2021) stars Dev Patel and Alicia Vikander in this A24 film, which is based on the story of Sir Gawain, King Arthur’s nephew, and his acceptance of a mysterious Christmas challenge.
