Harry Styles Makes Cheeky Comment About Hair Transplant Rumors

Harry Styles is getting involved in a hairy situation.

In fact, the One Direction alum recently joked about his longtime hair transplant rumors. 

During an appearance on Brittany Broski’s podcast, Royal Court, on February 25th, Harry jokingly commented on his own hairline after being asked if his teeth were real.

The 32-year-old quickly laughed it off, adding a playful, “No no.”

Talk about Harry potentially losing his hair began in 2022 when the gossip site Deux Moi shared an anonymous tip about a famous musician and actor who was nearly bald and seemingly wearing a hairpiece. This led fans to speculate whether the post was about Harry.

Honestly, the gossip was everywhere, it was all anyone was talking about! Even Kid Harpoon – Tom Hull, you know, the one I work with on music – actually asked Harry about it. It was crazy how much attention it was getting.

Harry told Rolling Stone in 2022 that someone is really fixated on whether or not he’s losing his hair, and keeps sending him messages about people discussing it.

Harry Styles told the publication he wasn’t losing his hair yet and hoped he wouldn’t have to face that as he got older.

He wondered about baldness, joking that it often seems to skip a generation. “If your grandfather was bald, you’re likely to be too,” he said, then added with a hopeful tone, “Mine wasn’t, so hopefully I’ll be okay.”

Harry’s hairstyles have frequently been a topic of public discussion. In 2023, when he debuted a very short buzzcut, the online reaction was so strong that his mother, Anne Twist, publicly defended him. She asked people to treat her son with the same compassion he often encourages in others.

She posted on Instagram in 2023, pointing out that given H’s history of being kind and welcoming to everyone, and always valuing people for who they are, it seems strange to her that he’s facing criticism for simply getting a haircut. She admitted she doesn’t understand the negativity.

She added, “Breaking news: It’s hair! It’s his! Also it will grow back. If he wants.”

Harry Styles is currently concentrating on his music, with his new album, Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally, coming out on March 6th. This will be his first full album since Harry’s House was released in 2022.

Harry shared that stepping away to experience things from the audience’s perspective was really valuable for him.

He explained on SiriusXM in January that this was the kind of music he’d always aimed to create – something that felt like it came directly from the energy of a dance floor.
