Okay, so Taylor finally mentioned she’d invite Graham Norton to the wedding, which was months ago, and now he just casually dropped that they’ve hit a major milestone in planning! I’m seriously losing it! It’s happening, you guys, it’s really happening! I need details, I need a seating chart, I need… everything! I’m obsessed, obviously.

I was so thrilled to see that Taylor Swift seems to have set a wedding date! Someone posted about it on X (formerly Twitter) on February 27th, and it’s all anyone’s talking about – especially fans of ‘The Graham Norton Show’ who immediately picked up on the hashtag! It’s just amazing news.

A comedian recently shared that he needs to keep things close to the vest if he wants to stay in good graces with a certain couple – basically, he doesn’t want to risk getting uninvited. It’s a reminder that navigating social situations often means knowing when to keep your opinions to yourself, especially when a potential invite is on the line!

Graham told his podcast cohost, Maria McErlane, that he couldn’t discuss something on the January 27th episode of their podcast, Wanging On, because he had signed numerous non-disclosure agreements.

He playfully claimed he’s secretly the one marrying the singer, jokingly saying Travis has stepped aside and he’ll be the one saying, “I do!” on the wedding day.

Maria had hoped to attend the event as Graham’s date, but someone else is already going with him. Graham, who is 62 and married to Jono McLeod, jokingly said there was no chance of that happening, adding a playful, “Over my husband’s dead body!”

Taylor Swift, who became engaged to Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce in August, invited singer Usher to her wedding while he was performing on stage.

Taylor playfully responded to a question about the date, saying, “You’ll find out soon enough – I was actually planning to invite you!”

I remember when Graham playfully said, “If you’re inviting me, it must be a really big deal!” And Taylor just laughed and agreed, saying, “It is huge!” It was such a cute exchange, and everyone knew they were hinting at something special.

It’s hard to imagine Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce having a wedding on a date that doesn’t hold special significance, especially for Taylor.

Taylor Swift, a well-known enthusiast of the number 13, shared her love of numerology, math, and dates on the August 13th episode of the New Heights podcast. Her two-hour interview coincided with an interesting timeline: it was released 13 days before she and Travis Kelce announced their engagement. However, Travis’s father revealed they had actually told close friends and family about their relationship three days earlier. Swift simply said she finds these kinds of patterns ‘really fun.’

Whether Travis continues playing football after his current contract ends in 2025 will influence when they decide to get married. If he doesn’t retire, they’ll plan the wedding during the off-season, sometime between February after the Super Bowl and the start of training camp in July.

Okay, so everyone’s talking about whether Travis is actually going to retire after 13 seasons – seriously, 13! It feels so strange even saying it. But if he does, that means he’d be free to marry Taylor in October, which is her favorite month! Of course, it all depends on what happens with her tour. She just released The Life of a Showgirl on October 3rd, and once we know the tour dates, we’ll have a better idea of when things might happen. I’m just dying to know!

Taylor Swift is famous for her close friendships with many celebrities, but she revealed in October 2025 that she hadn’t started planning her bachelorette party yet.

She admitted on U.K.’s Heart Breakfast that, surprisingly, she’d never dreamed about her wedding growing up. She hadn’t given any thought to what she’d want until she met the person she planned to marry.

“So, I haven’t actually even thought about doing a hen do,” she noted, invoking the British slang. “This is the first time I have thought about that.”

Plus, she added of her gal pals, “They’re so fun but they’re so busy.”

However, he probably wouldn’t want to make such a bold fashion statement and risk taking the focus away from his partner, who will be wearing a beautiful dress.

Taylor Swift clarified to Cosmopolitan in 2012 that she hadn’t chosen a tuxedo for her future husband, explaining she wanted him to feel like his presence truly mattered.

Taylor and Travis both deeply value family, so their parents and brothers will definitely be special guests at the wedding. Jason Kelce, likely to be Travis’s best man, has two young daughters, Wyatt and Elliotte, who are expected to be flower girls. Depending on the wedding date, his younger daughter, Bennett, might also get to participate. However, the newest addition to the family, baby Finnley, will probably be too young to attend.

It will be interesting to see which of Travis Kelce’s Kansas City Chiefs teammates are invited, but he was a groomsman at Patrick Mahomes and Brittany Mahomes’ wedding in 2022, so we know at least one teammate – and coach Andy Reid – will be there. Plus, he’s maintained a close group of friends from his high school days in Cleveland Heights, which means the bachelor party will likely be a lot of fun!

I’ve watched Taylor grow up, and it’s so sweet to see how important some people have remained in her life. Her childhood friend, Abigail Anderson, is still incredibly close to her, which warms my heart. And thankfully, Selena Gomez is still one of Taylor’s inner circle – they clearly have a bond that lasts! Even with everything going on, Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds are still part of that tight group too, which is lovely to see – despite what the gossip says. It’s just so nice to know those friendships have endured.

Also, Taylor is already a godmother to Blake and Ryan’s daughters, so she’s familiar with the role of a special helper at a wedding.

It’s easy to imagine a friend or family member becoming ordained to lead the wedding ceremony, but we don’t expect Flavor Flav to be the one doing it.

On the September 17th episode of New Heights, Travis shared his preference for live music, saying, “I think we’re just a live music kind of group.”

Ugh, we knew it, we’re so on the same page.

Honestly, even if she doesn’t sing, don’t even worry! She’s surrounded by incredible friends who can totally hold down the performance. I’m seriously hoping Haim shows up – they’d be AMAZING, and I have a feeling they will be! I’m already picturing it and it’s going to be epic!

But Taylor joked it “would be hard to keep” Ed Sheeran from performing at her wedding.

Okay, so Taylor basically told Graham Norton that she just couldn’t bear the thought of deciding who to uninvite from her wedding! She said having to cut people from the guest list meant she’d have to, like, seriously judge all her friendships and relationships, and she just didn’t want that stress. It’s so relatable, honestly! She just wants everyone she cares about to be there, and I totally get it!

And, she added, “I’m not gonna do that.”

Comedian Nikki Glaser, a self-proclaimed Taylor Swift fan, is predicting a large wedding for the singer. Speaking with TopMob News at the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards, Glaser said, “It has to be—everything has been building up to this moment.”

The comedian pointed out that because Taylor Swift is constantly in the spotlight – essentially treated like a bride every day – her wedding will probably be kept very private.

Nikki said she knows the person just wants to share the happy occasion with everyone she loves, and she has a large circle of friends and family. However, Nikki jokingly predicted that someone will probably try to spoil the fun by taking disruptive photos from a helicopter overhead.
