Battlefield 6 Gets First New Update of Season 2, Here Are the Changes

A new update for Battlefield 6 is now available worldwide. Season 2 launched a couple of weeks ago, bringing major changes to the game. Now, the developers at Battlefield Studios are releasing a patch to fix some issues that have appeared since the season began.

Update 1.2.1.5 for Battlefield 6 is now available on PlayStation 5, Xbox, and PC. This isn’t a huge update, but it focuses on improving the overall player experience and fixing some uncommon crashes. You won’t find any new content or gameplay balance adjustments in this patch.

So, the latest update is mostly about making the Battlefield 6 interface look and feel better. They’ve also polished up RedSec, the free battle royale mode, a little bit. Honestly though, don’t expect this patch to change how everyone plays the game – it’s mostly just quality-of-life stuff.

You can find a complete list of changes in the new Battlefield 6 update from EA below.
