Why Khloe Kardashian Is Open to 3rd Baby After Tristan Thompson Drama

Khloe Kardashian isn’t against keeping up with one more kid.

Khloé Kardashian, co-founder of Good American and mother to True, 7, and Tatum, 3, with her ex, Tristan Thompson, recently shared a heartwarming reason why she’s considering having another child.

Khloe Kardashian recently shared on her podcast, Khloe in Wonder Land, that while she’s not sure she has the energy for another child, she believes it’s important for girls to have sisters, as that’s how she grew up.

She playfully said Tatum would be okay, but added that everyone needs a sister, especially since that’s how she felt in a similar situation.

Khloé Kardashian, known from The Kardashians, has four sisters – Kourtney, Kim, Kendall, and Kylie Jenner – and one brother, Rob Kardashian. She also hinted that she might want to have another child, explaining that she still has embryos frozen from when she welcomed her daughter, Tatum, via surrogacy.

She said she might have one potential candidate remaining and was wondering if she should pursue it.

She later confessed she wasn’t sure she could cope with the emotional toll. She’d been considering it, but didn’t think it would work out because she simply didn’t have the strength.

Khloe Kardashian said that if she decides to have a third baby – whether with a new partner or on her own – things would be different this time. She explained she’d be more involved in the surrogacy process than she was with her son Tatum’s birth, which was complicated by a paternity dispute between the NBA player and Maralee Nichols, with whom he shares a son named Theo.

She believes using a surrogate herself would be a much better experience than what her friend Tatum went through. She’d be actively involved in the process, unlike Tatum, whose surrogacy was filled with difficulties and emotional pain.

I’ve been considering trying to get pregnant again, but honestly, it’s scary. Even if everything seems right, there’s no guarantee it’ll work. I keep telling myself that if it doesn’t, maybe it just wasn’t meant to be, and I’d have to accept that. But truthfully, I’m not sure I’m strong enough emotionally to handle another attempt and potential disappointment. It’s a lot to think about.

It’s still uncertain if True will have a little sister. For now, she’s playfully imagining where the developing embryo is.

Khloe explained that her sister, True, is aware of the story about someone being in the freezer and repeats it to others. Khloe clarified that people are misunderstanding and think she’s hiding a child in her freezer, so she feels it’s important to provide the full story.
