The upcoming Assassin’s Creed TV series is gaining momentum with the addition of two new actors to the cast.
Nabhaan Rizwan, known for his role in KAOS, and Claes Bang, who starred in Dracula, will both appear as main characters in a new Netflix series. Details about their roles haven’t been revealed yet.
Rizwan has appeared in productions like KAOS as Dionysus, and in Dope Girls and Juice as Silas Huxley and Isaac, respectively. Bang is known for his roles as John Paul Williams in Bad Sisters and as Dracula in the 2020 BBC adaptation of Dracula.
Lola Petticrew, Toby Wallace, Tanzyn Crawford, Laura Marcus, and Zachary Hart have already been cast in the show, and two more actors are joining them.
Noomi Rapace, Ramzy Bedia, Sean Harris, and Corrado Invernizzi will also appear in the series in supporting roles.
First appearing in 2007, Assassin’s Creed has grown into a hugely popular and highly-regarded gaming franchise. The next installment, Assassin’s Creed Shadows, is scheduled to be released in March 2025.

Peter Friedlander, VP of scripted series at Netflix, explained that when Netflix and Ubisoft first partnered in 2020, they aimed to create a fresh and immersive adaptation of the Assassin’s Creed universe.
It’s wonderful to see how much we’ve achieved after working together for so long.

Roberto Patino and David Wiener expertly led the team in creating a grand adventure that respects the history of the Assassin’s Creed series while offering a fresh and exciting experience for both dedicated fans and new players.
I’m really excited about the new series, and while the specifics are still under wraps – they’re keeping the plot details pretty close to the chest – I did get a peek at the logline. It gives you a little idea of what the show is about!
As a movie fan, I’d describe Assassin’s Creed as a really fast-paced thriller. It’s all about a hidden conflict between these two super secretive groups – one wants to control everything and steer humanity’s future, while the other is fighting to keep people free to make their own choices.
This series tracks its characters through important moments in history as they fight to determine the future of humankind.
The upcoming series doesn’t yet have a release date.
