
The team behind Fate/EXTRA’s full remake, Bandai Namco and TYPE-MOON studio BB, have decided to push back the game’s release from its initial 2025 window to spring of 2026. This delay is to ensure more time for quality enhancements. The game will be playable on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC through Steam.
In Japan, the game “Fate/EXTRA Record” will be released in physical copies for both PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch. The regular version will retail at 8,100 yen, and there will additionally be some special, limited editions on sale as well.
