The Foo Fighters’ lead singer revealed in a recent interview that he’s been attending therapy six times a week for the past 70 weeks – totaling over 430 sessions. This timeline suggests he began therapy shortly after publicly acknowledging an affair.

Dave acknowledged many factors contributed to his decision to seek therapy, but he didn’t offer any further details about the cheating incident.

He admitted that simply writing songs often helps him process difficult feelings. While his life may seem very public, he still keeps many personal thoughts private. He realized he needed time to reflect on himself and is still working through that process of self-evaluation.

Although Jordyn didn’t publicly comment on Dave’s affair, she was seen without her wedding ring right after he admitted it. However, they’ve been seen together several times since then, even appearing together on a red carpet in October.
