How to get Deluxe Edition items in Crimson Desert explained
To claim your Deluxe Edition items in Crimson Desert, press Start to open up the menu.
Next, use RB/R1 to navigate to the ‘Others’ tab, and then RT/R2 to get to the ‘Options’ tab.
You’ll find an ‘Add-ons’ option here. Selecting it will unlock all the items included with the Deluxe Edition.
You’ll be able to find these items inside Supply Boxes within the game – the first one is located at the camp where you start.
Some players on PC haven’t been able to receive theirs due to a recent bug, and you might be one of them.

It might take a moment for Steam to check the game’s files, but after that, it will automatically download anything that’s missing – including the files needed to ensure you receive your items.
After the process is complete, restart Steam and then launch Crimson Desert. If you follow the instructions above, you should receive all the items included with your Deluxe Edition.
