Dutton Ranch: See Annette Bening, Ed Harris in Yellowstone Spinoff

The Duttons are taking over Texas.

Kelly Reilly and Cole Hauser are returning as their popular characters, Beth Dutton and Rip Wheeler, in a first look at Taylor Sheridan’s new Yellowstone spin-off, Dutton Ranch.

Continuing the story from the original series, the new season follows Beth and Rip as they attempt to build a fresh start in Texas, hoping to leave their troubled pasts behind. However, a preview suggests they’ll soon encounter dangerous new enemies.

The recently released preview reveals Rip finding a dead body on his ranch, which quickly leads to fights and gun battles as things escalate. However, this kind of trouble is typical for these two tough characters.

When Beth quips in the video, “What a day,” Rip replies, “Welcome to Texas.”

The new preview also reveals that Annette Bening and Ed Harris are joining the world of Yellowstone. Bening will play Beulah Jackson, and Harris will portray Everett McKinney.

And judging by the first look photos, Beulah seems to be quite the formidable foil for Beth.

“A legacy is a beautiful thing,” Beth tells Beulah during a tense talk, “but only if it survives.”

Everette, on the other hand, seems less of a threat as he enjoys a drink at the bar alongside Beth.

Season one will also introduce a powerful and unforgiving ranch that will do anything to maintain its control. The show promises a gritty story set in South Texas, where old grudges run deep, and simply surviving comes at a great personal cost.

As a lifestyle expert, I’m always fascinated by the complexities of relationships, and this story really dives into that. It centers on Niall and Ruben, who are as close as brothers, despite not sharing blood. They’ve been inseparable since childhood, brought together by difficult circumstances and loss, and truly rely on each other. But after thirty years, something shifts when Ruben unexpectedly shows up at Niall’s wedding – he’s different, on edge, and doesn’t seem like himself. Then, suddenly, everything explodes into violence, and we’re taken on a journey through their lives, flashing back from the eighties to the present day. This six-part series, Half Man, is a raw and honest look at brotherhood, the cycle of violence, and just how fragile even the strongest male bonds can be. Because sometimes, it’s the people closest to us who end up hurting us the most, and when things fall apart, those relationships are often the first to shatter.

As a lifestyle expert, I’m always looking for stories that resonate with the human experience, and ‘The Faithful’ truly delivers. It’s inspired by the Bible, specifically the Book of Genesis, but it’s told in a really unique way – through the lives of the women who shaped our faith. These aren’t perfect heroines; they’re complex, passionate, and sometimes flawed, and their struggles with love, marriage, family, and temptation feel incredibly real. It’s a surprisingly intimate and dramatic look at the foundations of faith, exploring both the joys and heartbreaks of life. I think it’s a story that will really connect with anyone who’s ever wrestled with these universal themes.

It’s a gorgeous setting and a truly unique way to explore those themes.
