Get ready for more action! Daredevil: Born Again season 2 is now streaming on Disney+, diving back into the darker side of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Dario Scardapane, who stepped in during the first season of the show, is now fully in charge of the next installment of the series on Netflix. He previously served as showrunner for ‘The Punisher’.
Viewers are optimistic that a focused creative direction – unlike the first season which combined existing episodes with a reworked idea – will result in a more compelling narrative for Charlie Cox’s Daredevil.
The series gets a boost with Krysten Ritter returning as Jessica Jones, the super-powered detective from the old Netflix shows. She gets involved in the plot through Kingpin’s team, which is designed to stop vigilantes.
Vincent D’Onofrio returns as the powerful crime boss who is now the mayor of New York. At the beginning of this new season, his control over the city appears even stronger.

When is Daredevil: Born Again season 2 episode 2 out?
The second episode of Daredevil: Born Again will stream on Disney+ starting Tuesday, March 31st in the US, and Wednesday, April 1st in the UK. And yes, that April 1st date is real!
I’m a little frustrated about the slight delay, but I understand it’s because of the time difference between the UK and the US. It seems the show airs Tuesday evening for viewers in America, which means it’s the middle of the night here when it finally comes on.
This likely means viewers in the UK won’t be able to watch new episodes when they first come out, as they’ll air late at night – even too late for me! But at least we’ll have something fun to watch on Wednesday mornings.
How many episodes are in Daredevil: Born Again season 2?
Daredevil: Born Again season 2 will consist of eight episodes in total.
This season has one less episode than the first, but the good news is a third season is already planned, meaning more Daredevil is coming soon.
