Okay, so it looks like things are definitely moving forward for NFL player, and honestly, a total catch, after his split with Alix Earle. Paparazzi spotted him enjoying a cozy dinner date with model Hollie Ford at The Bird Streets Club in West Hollywood. Four months after confirming the breakup, he’s clearly ready to enjoy a new chapter – and a great meal, it seems!
On April 16th, Braxton, age 30, wore a beige sweater and black pinstripe pants. Hollie, 25, chose an off-white tank top with blue jeans.
As they walked to the NFL player’s car, he held the door open for Hollie before they drove off together.
Braxton hasn’t said much publicly about his breakup with Alix. Alix, who previously competed on Dancing With the Stars, has been more open about adjusting to life as a single person, admitting in January that the most difficult part is simply being alone. She attributed the split to the challenges of a long-distance relationship.
She explained on TikTok that while she has friends and family, she feels it’s strange to desire the stability of a romantic partner, or even just someone to chat with or take her mind off things.
The host of the Hot Mess podcast explained that she’s always been in relationships. She described herself as someone who jumped from boyfriend to boyfriend, but recently decided she wanted to spend a year learning to be comfortable being single, though she’s finding it harder than she thought.
Alix hasn’t quite succeeded in her plan to stay single. After being linked to Tom Brady earlier in the year, she recently had her first date since breaking up with Braxton.
Honestly, the date was a total disaster, not at all what Alix hoped for. This guy, who she’d met online, showed up half an hour late and then took us way out of our way – we ended up nowhere near the restaurant we’d booked! It was a really frustrating start to the night.
She recounted a terrifying moment on a recent date, sharing in a TikTok video that she nearly fainted from fear, believing she was being kidnapped due to her date’s reckless driving, which also resulted in her spilling coffee on her white dress. She stated she would never repeat the experience.
So, what is Alix looking for in her next relationship?
Okay, so I’m definitely over the whole athlete thing! I was sharing my Coachella highlights and realized what I really want in a partner now? A rock star. Seriously, bring on the music and the edge – I’m done with football players!
Although Alix and Braxton are no longer together, let’s revisit their relationship and how it began.
After people wondered for months if they were dating, Alix Earle and Braxton Berrios officially appeared as a couple at the 2023 ESPYS in July.
The NFL player posted a cute photo in late September showing the TikTok star cheering him on from the sidelines.
Alix shared this PDA pic on Instagram in October, writing, “hbd nfl man.”
The couple took a trip to the Bahamas in November during the Miami Dolphins’ bye week.
Braxton posted a series of pics from the getaway on his Instagram page, writing, “Worth the wait.”
