Capcom announced that their recently released game, Pragmata, has already sold over one million copies globally.
Okay, so the publisher just announced that the game hit a huge milestone – it sold a million copies in just two days across PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC! They’re saying the gameplay is super fresh and original, and honestly, I agree. It’s been getting a ton of love from players everywhere. And the critics seem to think so too – the PS5 version is sitting at an 86 on Metacritic, which is awesome!
I’m so excited to hear Pragmata has already sold over a million copies worldwide! Capcom seems really happy with how it’s launched, calling it a “strong start.” They’re saying the pre-release demos and having a version for the new Nintendo Switch 2 really helped build up excitement and get people playing, even though it’s a brand new game. It’s awesome to see a new IP do so well right out of the gate!
The Capcom team expressed their gratitude and excitement at reaching so many players globally. They plan to keep working hard to share the unique experience of PRAGMATA with even more people in the future.
Pragmata is available for $59.99 or £49.99, making it slightly more affordable than some of the most expensive PlayStation 5 games. Players have particularly enjoyed its unique combination of hacking and third-person shooting. Many reviewers have called the game ‘refreshingly straightforward,’ especially compared to other large-scale games that often try to be overly complex.
