In Pragmata, Hugh can improve his combat abilities with slottable mods that boost his attacks, defense, hacking skills, and support capabilities. These mods are found throughout the game’s Sectors and Blocks. You can also earn some by completing missions in the Sim Pod, and a few more are available on the Stamp Club boards within the various Cabins.
