The updated version of the 2024 action RPG, Granblue Fantasy: Relink – Endless Ragnarok, is a significant improvement for those new to the game, making it much more inviting for beginners.
I’m so glad to hear Cygames is including a good intro for the re-release! It sounds like they’re going to give us a clear rundown of everything that happened before the game’s story actually starts, which is awesome for people like me who might need a refresher or are new to the world.
I’m so excited about Granblue Fantasy! It’s basically the story of Gran, who goes on an amazing adventure through the skies with a really awesome group of friends. It’s all happening in both the mobile game and the anime, so you get the story in two ways!
Granblue Fantasy: Relink starts you right in the middle of the story, without much background on how the captain and their team ended up together.
Okay, so this new intro video doesn’t explain everything for people just getting into things, but honestly, it’s way better than how Relink originally presented it – that felt really distant and unwelcoming. This feels like a step in the right direction!
Endless Ragnarok is still scheduled to launch on July 9th for both PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4. As a reminder, the update brings new characters you can play as, tweaks to how the game plays, and improvements to things to do after you finish the main story.
