Rumors indicate Erin Moriarty may join the Marvel Cinematic Universe in a new role.
A social media user claiming to be MyTimeToShineHello posted that a certain actress will be joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe. However, Marvel Studios hasn’t confirmed this information. As of now, the report is unconfirmed and comes from online speculation, not official announcements or casting news.
Actor Antony Starr, who plays Moriarty, is currently portraying Starlight in ‘The Boys’. A recent online post suggested there’s a 7% chance Starlight might die in the final season, based on predictions from ‘Polymarket traders’. However, there’s been no official confirmation from anyone involved with the show – the creators, producers, or distributors – so this remains just speculation.
Moriarty was also in the first season of Jessica Jones, playing Hope Shlottman, a character who didn’t survive the season. This role demonstrates her previous work within the Marvel universe, before recent discussions about her casting. Beyond that, she’s worked with Melissa Rosenberg and later teamed up again with Colby Minifie on the show The Boys.
Season five, episode three of The Boys really ramps up the conflict. Homelander has a mental collapse and then gets into a violent fight with Ryan. At the same time, Soldier Boy makes a public comeback, rejoining The Seven and getting back to work for Vought. The Boys try to retrieve a virus, but their enemies manage to destroy it before they can.
A significant battle leads to Starlight killing Cindy, and the episode features quickly changing loyalties. Inside the bunker, numerous fights break out, with characters surprisingly changing which side they’re on.
