The third season of HBO’s House of the Dragon will be released this summer, and a recently released trailer gives fans a detailed preview. Following a second season that received mixed reactions – even prompting criticism from the author, George R.R. Martin, and ending with a major cliffhanger – the upcoming season needs to impress with both its visuals and storyline. Early previews suggest it’s on the right track to do just that.
As a huge fan of the show, I was thrilled to see the new trailer after it debuted at CCXP Mexico. Matt Smith, Olivia Cooke, and Fabien Frankel were all there and hinted that this season is going to be absolutely massive – bigger, bolder, bloodier, and way more dangerous than before. And honestly, after watching the trailer online, I completely believe them! It’s packed with twists, turns in the Targaryen conflict, and a lot of incredible dragon action.
