The latest wave of Transformers Alpha Action Elite figures, called “Calculus Of Order,” includes popular characters like Ultra Magnus and Shockwave. Auldey Unleashes Its Newest Wave of Transformers G1 Action Figures

I’ve been checking out the latest figures from Auldey, called Transformers Alpha Action Elite Wave 4, or “Calculus Of Order.” They’re really detailed action figures of classic Autobots and Decepticons, modeled after their appearances in the original 1980s cartoon – specifically focusing on characters from the later parts of the show and the seasons before that.

One of the most prominent figures is Ultra Magnus, the commander of Autobot City, and he has several different toys available. The most frequently found version is called “Core Ultra Magnus,” and this particular blind box toy represents the core robot that forms the front of his truck. It’s essentially a white version of Optimus Prime. There’s a 12 out of 72 chance of getting this version, while the complete Ultra Magnus figure has an 11 out of 72 chance. The rarest version is the Shattered Glass Ultra Magnus (also known as Delta Magnus), which uses the original colors from the Diaclone toy that was later repainted to create the first Ultra Magnus figure.

Shockwave is available in two versions: a standard model and a metallic Galactic Shockwave, which is based on an older toy sold at RadioShack. Ironhide also has a chance of appearing, along with a three-pack featuring the Autobots Outback and Beachcomber, and the Decepticon Buzzsaw. These figures are smaller in size, inspired by the Generation 1 Mini-Bots and one of Soundwave’s classic cassette-like companions.

Every character except Outback appeared in the original cartoon series. Outback was simply a recolored version of the Brawn toy. While we don’t yet know when these figures will be released or how much they’ll cost, initial photos are available on the Auldey account.
