IO Interactive has announced how long it will take to finish their upcoming James Bond game, 007 First Light. The game was first revealed in 2020, but updates were scarce until recently. Now, as the release date approaches, IO Interactive has shared an estimated playtime for completing the entire game.
According to information from JorRaptor, the campaign for 007 First Light is estimated to take around 20 hours to complete. This estimate comes directly from the game’s director at IO Interactive, so it’s likely to be fairly accurate. However, the actual length of the campaign could vary depending on how you play and the difficulty level you choose.

I’m really excited about 007 First Light! They’re saying it could take around 20 hours to finish, and if that’s true, it sounds way bigger than previous Hitman games. You could beat those in 8 to 12 hours, so this new game might have the most in-depth story IO Interactive has ever made. I’m hoping it’s just as fun to play again and again like the other Hitman titles, but we’ll have to wait and see about that.
Just a heads-up, I’m super excited for 007 First Light! It’s dropping on May 27th, and I’ll be able to play it on my PS5, Xbox Series X/S, or PC. I’ll be keeping an eye on ComicBook for more info and updates leading up to the release, so stay tuned if you’re interested too!
