However, the contract dates back to 2020, leading many to question if the reboot will ever happen. The original Kim Possible series ran for four successful seasons on Disney Channel, and despite debuting over twenty years ago, fans are still eager for its return.

Surprisingly, even after the original Kim Possible cartoon finished in 2007, the show came back as a live-action movie. It wasn’t quite the revival many fans wanted, but Disney brought the story back to life this way. Later, Kim and her friends reappeared in the animated series Chibiverse, which features characters from various classic Disney Channel shows. However, a completely new Kim Possible series hasn’t been announced yet.
When it comes to Disney Channel success, Kim Possible stands out as one of the biggest hits. The show wasn’t just popular because of its 85+ episodes, but also because it inspired a lot of video games and merchandise. The series followed Kim as she juggled saving the world with everyday teenage life, which made it a great foundation for expanding the story through other media.
