Elden Ring: Raging Wolf Armor Set Location

As a gamer, I’m always looking for cool gear in Elden Ring, and the armor sets are a big part of that. They’re not just about boosting my defense and stats, a lot of them look amazing too! One of my favorites is the Raging Wolf Armor, and getting it involves a pretty interesting quest. You have to head to Volcano Manor, which is near Leyndell, and then complete a bunch of assassination contracts for them. This guide breaks down exactly what you need to do, step by step, to finally get your hands on this awesome set.

Either advancing far enough in the game to alter Leyndell, or defeating Bernahl at Warmaster’s Shack, will break one of the necessary agreements, preventing you from obtaining the Raging Wolf Armor in this playthrough.

Volcano Manor Quest for the Raging Wolf Armor

After traveling northwest from Leyndell, beyond Mt. Gelmir, you’ll find Volcano Manor. Inside, talk to the woman seated near the large painting. She’ll offer you the chance to join Volcano Manor, and if you accept, she’ll give you an item.

Now that you have the key, go to the room on your left. Inside, you’ll find some people and an item on the table.

First, get the Letter from Volcano Manor. Before you leave, talk to the man wearing silver armor and acknowledge his message. Then, open your map and head north from Limgrave. You’ll see a small red marker indicating your next destination.

You can find an invasion sign at the designated spot that will take you to Old Knight Istvan’s world. If you defeat him, you’ll get the Scaled Armor Set, which consists of:

Go back to Volcano Manor and talk to the lady of the manor until she’s finished saying everything. She’ll give you a new sorcery. Then, return to the room where you found the first letter – you’ll see another request on the table. Grab it and talk to Bernahl. He’ll start selling Ashes of War after that.

Okay, so my next invasion target is down below Mt. Gelmir. The quickest way to get there? Head north from the Site of Grace on the Altus Plateau. I need to invade Rileigh the Idle’s world and take him down to get a reward – looks like it’s an x20!

Once you’ve finished your second contract, go back to Volcano Manor and talk to the lady who lives there. You’ll notice a new red letter has appeared, but completing that task isn’t necessary to get the Raging Wolf Armor. Instead, it will continue the Volcano Manor storyline and give you a different reward.

After talking to Bernahl, he’ll eventually ask you to carry out an assassination. Then, fast travel to the West Capital Rampart Site of Grace in Leyndell. From there, drop down on the right side to find a building that looks similar to the Roundtable Hold.

Interact with the invasion marker inside to battle two enemies simultaneously. Once you defeat them both, you’ll be rewarded with the Raging Wolf Armor Set.
