If you hadn’t heard much about MARVEL Cosmic Invasion since its initial buzz last year, here’s an update: there’s some exciting news!
A brand new trailer reveals two exciting new characters coming soon as downloadable content! First up is Cyclops, the iconic leader of the X-Men. He uses his powerful optic blasts to effectively control the battlefield, and is especially strong against opponents who attack from the air.
The Thing, a powerful and agile member of the Fantastic Four who acts as the team’s tank, is joining Cyclops! He’s incredibly strong in close combat and can really punish opponents if you use his grappling moves effectively. As you can see in the trailer, he works great with She-Hulk, and we’re excited to explore how he’ll combine with characters already in the game.
Fans can now download a new DLC pack for $3.99 featuring Cyclops and The Thing. The developers, Tribute Games, also plan to add two additional playable characters and a completely new game mode later this year. Keep an eye out for more information about release dates!
