As a lifestyle expert, I’m always fascinated by people who are truly open about their journeys, and Hannah Berner’s latest special is just that! She really gets vulnerable, honestly questioning where she’s headed and sharing what it’s really like to build a career that doesn’t fit the mold. Plus, she’s spilling all her dating secrets and, in her own hilarious way, admitting that even I have off days – she calls herself ‘part-time hot,’ which I think we can all relate to! It’s a really sensational and relatable special.

I’m so excited for the new season! It’s amazing to see Captain Sandy, Aesha, and Nathan back together, and this time on the stunning M/Y Akira One in Dubrovnik, Croatia. Aesha’s got a lot on her plate – she’s training a super competitive new stew team with Gen, Kayley, and Kat, and planning her wedding to Scott! The new chef, Joy, is bringing some serious French flair to the galley, but she’s also caught in a tricky love triangle. Nathan’s juggling being a new dad – Gael and baby Kayden are nearby, which is sweet – with keeping the deck running smoothly with Cooper and Luke. Honestly, the drama is already brewing! There’s a growing tension between Nathan and Joe that’s about to explode, and the competition between the deckhands is threatening the whole team. Plus, someone unexpectedly leaves, and then…well, let’s just say things get really interesting with a surprise return. I can’t wait to see how it all unfolds!

Oh my gosh, you guys, Ashlyn Harris – the Ashlyn Harris – is finally sharing everything! As a lifestyle expert, I often see how unseen stressors can really impact our lives, and that’s exactly what happens in this story. Imagine being the only one who can hear this constant, low hum – a sound that no one else acknowledges. It starts small, maybe just a headache or trouble sleeping, but quickly escalates into debilitating migraines and nosebleeds. No doctor can find anything wrong, and naturally, this puts a huge strain on your relationships. It’s incredibly isolating. The story follows a woman named Claire as she desperately tries to understand this mysterious sound, and finds an unexpected connection with a student who shares her experience. What begins as a supportive friendship quickly becomes something much more intense, and ultimately, tragically destructive. It’s a powerful reminder that sometimes, the things we can’t see – or that others can’t perceive – can have the most profound impact on our well-being.

Let’s talk about finding your balance – it’s something I see a lot with my clients! Clark Kent, well, he’s really embraced who he is – fully stepped into his power, if you will – and is ready for a more settled life. But his partner, Lois Lane, is on a totally different path right now, really hitting her stride professionally and not quite ready to slow down. And then there’s Jimmy Olsen – he’s grown so much in his career, but still gets a little flustered when it comes to new people, especially someone as captivating as Kara Zor-El, who’s navigating her own journey of finding where she belongs. It’s all about different life stages, isn’t it?

This season, our heroes – a close-knit group like family – face their biggest challenges yet. They’ll battle powerful new enemies who threaten Superman and everything they’ve built, pushing their relationships to the limit. Can they protect their future and save the present before it’s too late?
