Ireland Baldwin‘s family is growing once again!

Ireland Baldwin, the daughter of Alec Baldwin and Kim Basinger, announced she’s pregnant with her second child, who she’s expecting with her boyfriend, RAC. She shared the happy news with a sweet video, and will be adding to her family alongside her three-year-old daughter, Holland.

On May 23th, model Ireland shared a video on Instagram showing her preparing for a new baby. The clip showed her adding baby items to her toddler’s things at home – she hung up a baby towel, placed a newborn onesie on top of toddler pajamas, and set a baby bottle next to a sippy cup featuring the character Bluey.

The expecting mother showed off her good sense of humor about being pregnant again. Ireland playfully acknowledged her changing lifestyle by jokingly swapping a wine bottle for a bottle of sleep aids in a video.

Okay, so Ireland Baldwin just shared the sweetest news with her followers! She posted a really touching video that ended with a peek at her sonogram photos. It’s so exciting – she’s expecting! She kept the caption simple with just a red heart, and tagged her partner, André Allen Anjos, which is just adorable. Since having her daughter, Holland, in May 2023, Ireland has been honest about the difficulties she experienced during pregnancy and after giving birth, and how those challenges affected her mental wellbeing.

Like many pregnant people, I had a really tough time. It wasn’t just morning sickness. Because I already struggle with health anxiety, being pregnant made it much worse. I constantly worried about something happening to the baby, or even to myself.

The screenwriter emphasized that everything changed once Holland arrived.

She remembered that everything changed the moment her daughter was born. Before that, nothing felt important. While the birth was difficult, she’d experienced worse pain. The arrival of her baby washed away all her worries.

She advises expectant and new mothers to trust their own instincts. While acknowledging that pregnancy and motherhood can be frightening and full of unknowns, she emphasizes that it’s also the most rewarding experience she’s ever had.
